The structure is really lovely, a house divided into various rooms. Although my room was a bit small and lacked a bidet, it was still clean and cozy, perfect for a few days' stay. The only drawback was the soundproofing. Unfortunately, my neighboring guests were extremely noisy, especially at night. However, I cannot blame the owner for the lack of courtesy of other guests. I highly recommend bringing earplugs, as I did, especially if you happen to have very close young couples as neighbors. The location is great, in a practically silent neighborhood and a stone's throw from Metro Torre Spaccata. The only flaw is that the private street is very dark at night, as there are no lampposts. The manager was extremely kind and helpful during check-in and key handover via phone. Even the cleaning lady and breakfast service lady were very kind and attentive. Although the price may be slightly above average, I personally prefer to pay a little more to stay in a quiet area. Breakfast was ample, although the tables were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience (apart from the noisy neighbors) and I will definitely return next time I visit Rome.
