New B&B in a former office building. The view from the right room to the mountains is beautiful. Close to the train station with a tram in front of the door. The TV was (still) not there. There is a kitchenette and a refrigerator.

Very polite owner. The real strength of the structure is still the location, very close to the train station, near the center of Florence.

The address is not easy to find, lacks care: the rooms need to be repainted, small holes in the walls. The hotel is located between two railway tracks, no soap or shampoo available and no television.
