The B&B is located a stone's throw from the sea, but in a quiet area. It is run by the owners who warmly welcome you and make you feel at home. Every day a breakfast with exquisite sweets, personally prepared by Mrs. Franca, is served. They are also available for all our needs. The rooms are clean and there is a private parking. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I spent 6 days in this property just steps from the sea in June. The B&B is managed by Franca and Giuseppe who did everything to make us feel at home. They recommended several places to have lunch or dinner and various places to visit, the property lacks nothing, available to guests in addition to a covered parking, umbrella and beach chairs. Mrs. Franca prepares daily delicious cakes and cookies for the morning breakfast helped by her husband, truly two beautiful people. If we return to those parts it will definitely be a fixed stop to stay. Absolutely recommended.

We really appreciated the kindness of our hosts who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The room is very comfortable with a very large terrace, which must be pleasant for a long stay with the beach just 100 meters away. The location allows for easy visits to Noto or the Vendicari reserve. The sweet breakfast was mainly made up of very good products made by the hostess.

The owners Franca and Giuseppe of the property are really hospitable and nice. They can provide lots of information about places to visit. And then, you shouldn't miss Mrs. Franca's cakes and almond granita and Mr. Giuseppe's friendliness.

A holiday to frame, among the most beautiful and intense we have ever had. We were welcomed and pampered by Mrs. Franca and Mr. Giuseppe in an commendable way. As soon as you arrive, they welcome you kindly and as soon as they show you the room, you are struck by the scent and the cleanliness of the rooms, never seen such a clean and fragrant room! Mr. Giuseppe's (for us Pippo) advice on places and restaurants to visit and Mrs. Francesca's (for us Franca) breakfasts accompanied us in a very pleasant and delicious way throughout the stay. We were so comfortable that we created a beautiful group with other B&B guests and felt at home. The structure is very close to the beach and wonderful places, so we never stayed in the same place and this made the holiday beautiful. We will definitely come back because Franca and Pippo are in our hearts, we did not feel 'customers', but pampered and welcome friends. Nice structure, clean and large well-furnished rooms. The only flaw I also pointed out to the very kind Mr. Bosco is the lack of mosquito nets so maybe you can leave the balcony open and not use the air conditioning. For the rest perfect stay, excellent location 2 minutes from the beautiful beach, large garden and covered parking. Classic Sicilian breakfast varied every day and excellent made by Mrs. Bosco. Very good biscuits, pie and almond granita with delicious homemade brioche. Availability and kindness of the owners, will definitely come back. Thank you.

The B&B Tra Sole e Mare is in a very convenient position to reach, on foot and in a few minutes, the beach of Lido di Noto but, at the same time, quiet because inside compared to the waterfront. The rooms of the B&B are named after the winds and we stayed in the "Libeccio" room: a comfortable, bright, and very clean room, with a terrace and a private bathroom with a window. In the week we stayed at the B&B, the linen change was done several times. The owners of the B&B were exceptional and special hosts: the cooking skills and the quality of the breakfast proposals, different every day by Mrs. Franca, real treats for the palate, and the valuable advice of Mr. Pippo, ranging from the most hidden beaches and places of interest, to restaurants, made our holiday unforgettable. We will come back to pick up the little piece of heart we left with them.

The managers were very helpful. They provided us with directions on how to move around and what to visit. Mrs. Franca prepares excellent cakes and cookies. Ok the location is great both for going to the beach and for visiting the cities. Quiet place, covered and fenced parking in the structure. Beach umbrella and chair available. We hope to come back.

It is the first time we visit the 'Tra Sole e Mare' structure located in Marina di Noto (or Lido di Noto), and with extreme sincerity we must say that we chose it for the countless positive reviews we found. We were strongly motivated to verify in person what others had written, and we can only fully confirm what has been positively affirmed so far. Let's start with the meticulous and well-kept cleanliness of the room and the furnishings, including the bathroom. The structure is located very close to the sea, just a few minutes away, with well-furnished, comfortable, and bright rooms, with direct access to a beautiful terrace equipped with chairs and a useful clothesline. It is built in an absolutely quiet and easily accessible place, with entrance through a gate to a completely private and guarded area, adorned with a green grass lawn. In addition, an area has been prepared with a practical water point and a useful shower to remove sand upon returning from the sea, ensuring guests a clean access to their rooms. Another extremely positive aspect is the unique possibility of parking the car internally in the private area, in a covered roofed structure that preserves it from the scorching sun. Breakfast, served in an adequate and airy terrace on tables appropriately spaced and magnificently decorated, is very rich and abundant, enriched by a variety of drinks and numerous, very fresh pastries prepared with extreme care and dedication by Mrs. Franca. Accompanied by a fantastic cappuccino, breakfast is always served with the vigilant and attentive gaze of Mr. Pippo and Mrs. Franca towards the guests, ready to fulfill every request. Every dialogue with them is characterized by kind, measured, and polite tones, creating a pleasant and serene conversation. The atmosphere is one of family and caring managers, extremely friendly and ironic, with a warm sense of hospitality and welcome. Mr. Pippo and Mrs. Franca are always present, available, and ready to advise on how to make the stay unforgettable, meeting any need expressed by the guests. They also provide guests with a beach umbrella and two chairs. We conclude the review by praising the Bosco family for their professional and competent management of this B&B, highlighting their ability to relate wisely to guests and provide an added value that is rarely found in traditional accommodation facilities. We highly recommend this structure in every aspect, located in an ideal location for trips and tourist visits.

We stayed as guests for 11 days at this establishment run by Pippo and Franca. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean in all areas, just a few steps from the sea. The breakfast is top-notch, thanks to Franca who prepared it for us every day, letting us taste all the sweets of Sicilian tradition, and to Pippo who advised us on places and restaurants to visit. In short, two exceptional people who pampered our Flaminia like grandparents, so much so that when Flaminia left, she invited them to our home. Highly recommended.

Structure located in a quiet area and a few steps from the sea. The managers are wonderful people, attentive to every need. The breakfast is abundant and varied. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is carried out scrupulously, and the anti-covid regulations are respected. We will gladly return.

What to say... we had a great time, welcomed with warmth and kindness by two exquisite people, Franca and Pippo. They made our day start well with homemade cakes and sweets and with pleasant conversations, always available and attentive to take care of everything in detail. Definitely a place I would recommend and where I would gladly return.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast located near the sea. Clean, comfortable, and delightful. Abundant and varied breakfast, very good sweets made by Denise. She is a special person always available. We highly recommend it.

Reviewing the B&B Tra Sole e Mare is a real pleasure. Perfect structure from every point of view, hospitable and friendly managers, but discreet and never intrusive. Mrs. Francesca deserves an extra applause for the priceless homemade sweets we found for breakfast every morning. Finger-licking good. Mr. Pippo is kind and measured. The villa, with indoor and covered parking, is a stone's throw from the seafront. It is also the ideal location for those who want to visit the baroque cities of the area, as they are all easily accessible with short trips. It was a perfect choice to visit the southeast of the island. We hope to return. Absolutely recommended.

The owners reserved a special treatment for us, we felt at home. Perfect cleanliness and order accompanied us all the time. And what about breakfast? Every day there was something different, all strictly homemade by Mrs. Francesca. Thank you, you made our vacation truly sweet! The spouses who hosted us are very kind and friendly; the 4 rooms (with terrace) are simple but comfortable and clean. The linen is changed every third day, there is a large courtyard with covered parking spaces and it is about 200 meters from the beach. Mrs. Francesca prepares a different sweet every day, but always delicious and light, and, on 2-3 occasions, she delighted us with two different and exquisite types of almond milk prepared by her.

Very poor breakfast. During the 8 days of stay, I had croissants only 3 times. There were plenty of cookies, but no fruit, no bread, and the jam and honey were prepackaged. As for the payment, it was not communicated that it had to be made in cash only. We had to go all the way to Avola to withdraw cash. Otherwise, excellent accommodation, almost maniacal cleanliness, and a very special location.

We had a great time. Pippo and his wife were caring, friendly, and at the same time discreet. Large rooms, very clean, excellent wi-fi, garden very well maintained. And what about the cakes offered by Mrs. Franca? Excellent. A B&B to recommend and return to.

Se esistesse la lode per ogni votazione, sarebbe obbligo darla e sarebbe più che meritata. Ho trascorso 13 giorni accolto, non come ospite quale ero, ma come amico coccolato e vezzeggiato. Non vorrei passare per poco credibile ma consiglierei a chiunque di provare a soggiornarvi per rendersi conto che non sto esagerando nel magnificare questa struttura. Grazie ancora e se dovessi tornare in Sicilia non avrei dubbi, tornerei ad occhi chiusi.

Tutto ottimo e ben gestito. Andrea e famiglia molto ospitali e simpatici. Bella posizione, vicina alla spiaggia ma comoda per visitare tutta la zona.

Bella struttura nuova, gestore cordialissimo e disponibile, colazione super ogni giorno dolci diversi fatti in casa.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grande professionalità e cortesia da parte del gestore.

Struttura nuova con una camera con una bellissima terrazza privata, vicinissimo al mare, il proprietario mette a disposizione gratuitamente ombrelloni e sdraio per le spiagge vicine. Molto ben arredato, colazione servita in terrazza con solo prodotti dolci di produzione familiare. Si trova anche in una posizione strategica per visitare molti posti di grande interesse.

Eravamo quasi increduli nel leggere tutti commenti positivi, ma dopo essere stati ospiti della famiglia Bosco possiamo decisamente confermare anche noi il giudizio di eccellenza. Siamo stati nella loro bella abitazione per due settimane nel mese di ottobre e, pur essendo gli unici ospiti, abbiamo ricevuto un’accoglienza di altissima qualità per quanto riguarda tutti gli aspetti: pulizia ineccepibile con riordino quotidiano della camera, cambio della biancheria da bagno ogni due giorni e delle lenzuola ogni tre, degno dei migliori alberghi e ricca colazione con dolci fatti in casa dalla signora Franca: tutte le mattine ci aspettava una nuova torta sempre squisita e tantissimi biscotti oltre a frutta, yogurt, corn-flakes, succhi, marmellate …. e perfino il tradizionale latte di mandorla preparato fresco. Non è mai mancata la cordialità e la disponibilità nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Corrado e Andrea sono stati prodighi di preziosi consigli durante le piacevoli conversazioni del mattino. Anche se eravamo ormai fuori stagione e molte strutture erano chiuse o prestavano servizi ridotti, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia nel trascorrere le nostre giornate davanti a un mare stupendo il cui suono ci faceva compagnia anche dal terrazzo della nostra camera, sia nelle nostre escursioni nelle bellissime località del tardo barocco siciliano. Quando siamo andati via, è stato come salutare dei nuovi cari amici con la speranza di poter presto ritornare. Un abbraccio a tutti e un bacio alla piccola Bianca. Patrizia e Paolo.

B&B perfetto, situato in zona strategica lontano dal traffico locale ma allo stesso tempo a due passi dal mare. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie alla gentilezza e la disponibilità di Andrea, sempre attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti e pronto a consigliarti su cosa fare e vedere in quello splendido angolo di Sicilia. Camere sempre perfettamente pulite e in ordine. E che dire delle colazioni ? Ricche, abbondanti e tutti i giorni qualcosa di diverso da assaggiare! E poi farlo su terrazzino vista mare..non ha prezzo! Consigliatissimo.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con mio marito dal 29/06/16 al 07/07/16 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia come locali, le camere sono molto belle e pulitissime, sia come location, in quanto si trova vicino al mare e vicino a molti luoghi bellissimi da visitare, diciamo che è un punto strategico per visitare sia le belle spiagge della zona che le bellissime città nelle vicinanze (Ragusa Ibla, Siracusa, Noto, ecc.). L'ambiente del B&B è molto famigliare e al tempo stesso riservato, Andrea e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa; un grazie a tutti quanti per la disponibilità e la gentilezza, un ringraziamento speciale ad Andrea per la sua preparazione che è al pari di quella di un ufficio del turismo! ed alla mamma per i suoi dolci squisiti! Se andate da quelle parti scegliete questo B&B è perfetto!

Ottimo B&B mi sono trovato benissimo. Professionalità e cortesia della famiglia Bosco. Veramente impeccabile. Difficilmente dimenticherò le colazioni con le torte (fatte in casa) dalla mamma sig. Franca. Il figlio Andrea è sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, addirittura il giorno della partenza si è svegliato prestissimo per accompagnarmi alla stazione degli autobus. Sig. Pippo (papà) non mi sono dimenticato di lei, grazie per le belle chiacchierate. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo stati 10 giorni in questa struttura, i commenti sono solo positivi, nessuna pecca, tutto come da descrizione ma quello che più ha lasciato il segno sono le persone che la gestiscono, straordinarie, una famiglia, ti fanno sentire un ospite e non un cliente, sempre gentili e disponibili ma mai invadenti. Le colazioni? Sublimi, andate e capirete.

Pulizia, gentilezza, cordialità, vicinanza alla spiaggia, cortesia, bella camera con terrazzo, disponibilità frigorifero in comune, posto macchina coperto, colazione, simpatia. Tutto per rendere confortevole la permanenza.

Sono certo e sicuro di ritornare in questa struttura non solo per l'accoglienza e la cordialità, ma perché i gestori, I Bosco conducono in modo eccellente il B & B. Complimenti al Signor Andrea per i tanti e prodighi consigli. Grazie.

Siamo stati in questa struttura una settimana con una coppia di amici e siamo appena tornati: è stata una settimana da sogno, il Bed (è limitativo chiamarlo così!) è pulitissimo, situato in posizione ottimale (non solo per il mare a due passi, ma soprattutto per la bellezza dei luoghi da visitare intorno come Noto, Siracusa, Ortigia, Marzamemi, l'isola delle Correnti); la colazione è sublime (ogni giorno una torta diversa fatta da mamma Bosco!) e poi la cordialità di papà Bosco e di Andrea non hanno prezzo! Indispensabile Andrea per la sua simpatia e per le sue indicazioni sul luogo, insieme alla preziosissima Stefania! Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa! Sicuramente torneremo. Sono rimasta abbastanza soddisfatta e complimenti per i dolci preparati dalla padrona di casa per colazione, conoscevo già il posto e la nota vincente credo sia la vicinanza della spiaggia, e poi che la struttura è completamente nuova.

Sono stato nel B&B con la mia famiglia. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa; grande accoglienza, disponibilità, attentissimi alle esigenze di mia figlia di 7 anni, insomma siamo stati accolti come fossimo dei parenti. Il B&b dispone di un parcheggio interno coperto che ti permette di lasciare l'auto al sicuro e all'ombra. La spiaggia è comoda a pochi metri e volendo a 10/15 min a piedi si raggiunge una spiaggia bellissima e poco frequentata posta fra due speroni di roccia, che non ha niente da invidiare alla blasonata Calamosche. Inoltre il B&B mette a disposizione l'ombrellone e le seggiole per la spiaggia, aspetto non di poco conto in termini di comodità e risparmio. Le stanze sono comode dotate di terrazza nonché di tutti i confort ma soprattutto pulitissime. Raramente ho trovato strutture dove la pulizia viene fatta in modo così accurato..si poteva veramente magiare per terra! Le colazioni sono sempre una sorpresa: tutti i giorni la signora Franca prepara dei dolci squisiti mentre Andrea è un mago nel preparare il cappuccino. Ma l'aspetto più piacevole che rende la vacanza unica e il calore e l'ospitalità della famiglia Bosco, Andrea ti fornisce le indicazioni sulle strade per raggiungere le località da visitare con la precisione di un Tom Tom, la signora Franca ti da i suggerimenti sulle ricette e sui locali o le pasticcerie dove mangiare o acquistare i prodotti migliori (quelli veri non quelli solo per turisti) il signor Giuseppe con la sua cordialità e la sua disponibilità ti fa sentire a casa. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza stupenda e non vediamo l'ora di tornare anche perché la posizione del B&B è baricentrica a tutte le località più note del sud est della Sicilia e questa peculiarità permette al turista con famiglia, di coniugare le esigenze turistico culturali nonché le necessità dei bambini (e anche delle mogli) di una vacanza al mare. Nel mio caso riuscivo a dedicare la mattinata alle visite nelle città d'arte mentre nel pomeriggio tornavo al B&B per un bagno di sole e mare nella bella spiaggia che si trova a pochi passi. Questo B&B, che ci ha accolti per 10 giorni, è stato davvero una sorpresa: dalla camera (scirocco) pulitissima, con un terrazzo molto grande, cuscini comodissimi (ma dove li avete comprati??) alla colazione, sempre generossima e varia, abbiamo provato tutto e ancora non sappiamo dire cosa ci è piaciuto di più! Il cappuccino, oppure i vari succhi di frutta, i biscotti ai cornflakes, oppure la sbrisolona alla marmellata, la ciambella con le pesche, oppure il budino al cioccolato, la ciambella al cioccolato oppure i budini al latte di mandorla.. ma come si fa a scegliere?! La struttura è molto recente, offre parcheggio auto sotto gazebo, interno alla struttura (auto sempre all'ombra!), la famiglia che la gestisce è sempre presente per ogni necessità, cordiali e mai invasivi, sempre pronti a consigliarti un locale per la cena, un'alternativa ad un giorno piovoso, una Chiesa da non perdere, una città da visitare, un tragitto piuttosto che un altro. Ottima idea di disporre di un unico frigorifero diviso in scomparti in base alle camere, in modo che ognuno si può organizzare se deve tenere qualcosa al fresco! Non saprei cos'altro aggiungere.. noi siamo stati benissimo, ci sembrava di essere a casa, anzi.. forse meglio! Consigliatissimo!

B&B ottimo! Da consigliare! Struttura nuovissima a 100 mt dal mare (e che mare!), pulita e confortevole. Ottima colazione: genuina, varia ed abbondante. Disponibilità di ombrelloni e sdraio per la spiaggia in comodato d'uso gratuito. Cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia dei proprietari rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole! Unico neo.. non poter restare tutta l'estate!
