I stayed in this apartment in Florence with my family and we had a great time. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the tram stop that takes you directly to the historic center in a few minutes. The house was very clean, well maintained and equipped with all comforts. We really appreciated the private parking, convenient and safe thanks to the gate. The kitchen was very well equipped, ideal for preparing meals independently, and the mattress was really comfortable, which is not always a given. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, which was very welcome after hot days exploring the city. Many thanks to the host, always kind and helpful: he welcomed us warmly and gave us excellent advice on what to visit in Florence. It was a very positive experience, and we will definitely return.

During our trip Il Fiorentino Apartment was relatively more expensive than other accommodations, even though breakfast was not included. There are cutlery and bowls, but since there are no pots or other accessories to use the kitchen, we do not consider the accommodation to be either a bed and breakfast or an Airbnb. We felt that the floor had not been properly cleaned, as our feet were dirty again immediately after showering. It is also unusual that, despite the €20 final cleaning fee, you have to dispose of the rubbish yourself. The pleasant communication with the owner, the parking space for the car and the nearby tram station are the only points in favour of the accommodation.

Alessandro is a most helpful and kind host,checking on me daily to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. The apartment is located about 100 meters from Tram 2,which goes directly to the train station and the airport. There's a grocery store and a post box close to the apartment. It seemed like a family neighbourhood. I felt safe staying here as a solo woman. The photos of the apartment are accurate. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need,especially the air conditioning and hot showers. A home to relax in with a glass of wine after a long day of being a tourist. The apartment is located in a neighborhood served by shops and public transport. The option of private parking is definitely worth considering. Francesco is a very kind host and always available for suggestions and information.

We loved this Florence apartment. While it is outside the center, it is a short and easy tram ride. The same tram gets you to the airport in 7 minutes so you can basically go anywhere easily. The spotless apartment is roomy and very comfortable, especially the bed and bedding. The host is very kind and communicative and left us many nice treats. The local eateries were excellent and much less touristy than many we tried in the center. We will definitely be back.

I booked the apartment for 4 nights. It is noticeable that it is well-maintained and clean. The location (although it is not in the historic center) allows you to reach the station in just 15 minutes (using the tram that stops right in front of the property), and from the station, it is a 5-minute walk to the Duomo square. Moreover, the property is a 5-minute walk from the restaurant "Tito Baracca" and from the café/pastry shop. The quality/price ratio is appreciated due to the slight distance as it allows you to be close to the center without spending a fortune compared to other properties in the area. The manager is friendly, caring, and hospitable.

It is priceless to have the tram stop 30 meters from the front door of the property, plus there is a guarded parking service with a gate. Alessandro is a caring, professional, and very helpful person. Two very spacious rooms and a well-maintained kitchen. Attention to detail to the extent that we even found umbrellas available. For what I can guarantee based on the needs of a family of 4, we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is very clean and cozy, equipped with everything one might need, refrigerator, kitchen, dishes, and a coffee machine with pods. Excellent location, the center of Florence is easily reachable by tram, which passes every 5 minutes, in 15 minutes. Close to a large supermarket and shopping center. There is also the possibility of condominium parking 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. The owner is very kind and helpful, always accommodating our requests.

Clean, parking easy to find.

This was one of the best rental experiences we have had. Alessandro is a lovely host full of information and recommendations about the area. The apartment is cozy and clean. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view and a very comfortable bed. Alessandro even took care of providing a cot for our child, which was a nice touch we really appreciated. It felt like a warm welcome home. We would love to stay here again for future trips and would recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant stay in the city.

Alessandro's apartment was exactly what we wanted and needed. A place out of the overcrowded center of town. Easy check-in and plenty of recommendations for the area. Easy commute into both town and the airport by a very regular tram service. Beautiful “live like a local” apartment! We would definitely stay again.

Great apartment just outside of Florence. Great communication from Alessandro. Tram stop right outside the property so can be in the centre of Florence in 10 minutes. Apartment was clean and had everything you needed.

I stayed at Alessandro's apartment and it was a perfect stay: the apartment is spacious, well-kept, and comfortable, and Alessandro is very helpful and kind! The location is convenient because it is close to the tram that takes you to the city center in a short time and at the same time allows you to live in a residential neighborhood with the necessary amenities such as the proximity of bars, shops of all kinds, and a bank. I highly recommend it and I would gladly return.

I stayed in one of the two rooms provided by Alessandro. What can I say? Everything was simply fantastic! Alessandro is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and really a nice person. As soon as I arrived, I found the room perfectly clean, everything organized, tidy, and ready. He even left me coffee pods for breakfast and some cookies (something that usually never happens with other hosts). The apartment is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the tram stop that quickly takes you to the center of Florence. In the building, there is an elevator, and in general, in the surrounding areas, I found both supermarkets and restaurants. I am not someone who travels to stay in luxury; I tend to save money, and usually, the quality suffers. However, I must say this time - considering the super convenient price - that I really hit the jackpot. I couldn't ask for anything better. Congratulations to Alessandro! I will definitely return.

I was very happy with my stay at Alessandro's house. The house is very clean and comfortable. The location is truly strategic, just outside the center but in front of the tram stop that takes you to the airport or to the train station of Florence Santa Maria Novella in the historic center in a few minutes. You arrive in the center in very few stops. Thanks to public transport, I managed to never use the car, which I could leave in a convenient private parking at a minimal cost, truly a great convenience and I thank Alessandro for offering this service.
