Very friendly and helpful landlords with good tips for restaurants.

Convenient location from Lucca city center and convenient for visiting Pisa (15 minutes by car) and Florence (1 hour by car). The managers are very nice and helpful, with a different breakfast every day and willing to accommodate food requests. Green Room: comfortable, with a large shower and the bathtub that we didn't use. The bed is quite comfortable, pillows a bit soft. The veranda is beautiful for breakfast, and the view from the green room is relaxing.

Excellent value for money. Cozy and well-kept location. Owners very helpful and attentive to satisfy every request. The breakfast is varied and abundant. We will definitely come back, thank you! Recommended.

Very nice hosts and a short drive to the center of Lucca. The room was small but comfortable, and it was nice to have a private bathroom. Although there was a language barrier, the hosts were very accommodating and always asked us what we wanted for breakfast.

Family-run, the owners are very welcoming and friendly; the blue room is very beautiful and the furnishings and objects are elegant and refined. A nice surprise is the garden behind the house: well-kept and spacious. All experienced in tranquility.

The lilac room is excessively small. More than a Bed and Breakfast, it seems like a room rental with breakfast included. The owners live inside the same structure (it's their house) along with a delightful little dog that is very friendly. Although the owners are very welcoming, in reality one feels like in someone else's home.

Excellent welcome, the owners are kind and helpful, capable of making you feel at home. The room is clean and characteristic. Breakfast is also excellent.
