We stayed at Appartamento Crispi for one night between June 29th and 30th. On Saturday evening, while charging a phone, one of the sockets caused a short circuit, leaving us without power. We found out that other sockets were also in very poor condition, some with exposed electrical wires. We tried to contact the emergency number of the property several times, but in vain. We were left without electricity, unable to use the refrigerator, take a hot shower, or turn on the fans (the temperature in the house was 40 degrees), with all the related inconveniences. Furthermore, we were locked in the house because the door opening was automated and we would not have been able to re-enter if we had gone out. In addition, we had to sleep with the windows closed due to the presence of cockroaches in the building. The property's assistance only sent us a brief message on WhatsApp on Monday morning, when we had already left more than 24 hours ago. We requested a full refund of our booking through Booking.com for the inconveniences suffered, but the property refused, so we will have to involve our legal representatives. I strongly advise everyone against dealing with this property and the CC comfort hotels chain. It was truly a nightmare.
