The room is large, the terrace has a beautiful view, the bed is comfortable, the towels and the room are clean. The terrace is shared for the two rooms on the floor, so guests from the second room pass in front of the French door. The structure is dirty and neglected in the common areas, the safety signs are not noticeable. The parking is convenient if it is not occupied, in which case you have to call the owner who finds a solution that still involves wasting time. The heating is not independently controllable, we had to ask the host who turned it on, managing the times himself, and moreover the radiator is particularly noisy. The first morning we were asked by message if two croissants, two cappuccinos, and a little fruit juice would be fine for breakfast. We asked for coffee instead of cappuccino and it arrived with only two coffees. Upon further request, he brought one croissant, undercooked, indeed raw inside. We had breakfast outside for three mornings; if I really want cappuccino and brioche, I eat them at the bar, not in a B&B. The host, after the first day, was no longer seen and did not show any more interest.
