Grazie per la tua recensione, Giuseppe; mi dispiace che l'assenza del climatizzatore sia stata una sorpresa per te; per il futuro, mi permetto di consigliarti, quando cerchi un appartamento, utilizza i filtri; se lo avessi fatto non ti sarebbe apparso il mio appartamento ma solo quelli con il climatizzatore! Colgo comunque l'occasione per informarti che un climatizzatore verrà montato a fine luglio; (l'appartamento è nuovo e stiamo ancora apportando le migliorie necessarie) pertanto se verrai a trovarmi ancora sarai sicuramente più al fresco! Ti aspetto

The property is very comfortable even for 4 people. It is located on the top floor of an ancient building, but there is an elevator. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. The location is truly ideal both for visiting Lucca and Tuscany: it is easy to reach Versilia, Pisa, Livorno, Florence. There is no reserved parking, but I have never had problems parking in the nearby Piazza Santa Maria. Gabriele, the owner, was truly helpful and never intrusive.
