Good afternoon, I stayed for 1 week, the cleanliness is awful, 2 out of 3 showers were narrow, they didn't change our towels any day, being a B&B I rented the 3 rooms of the apartment but the washing machine and dryer (which were in the common area in the kitchen) were used by other people from other B&Bs, one day we found the house keys outside their container (the code for the box was known by more people), they left us bags of dirty sheets and towels there in the kitchen, the owner herself told me that they were getting bad reviews on booking, so once the stay was over I understood, maybe I'm the one who's wrong but renting the 3 rooms I don't think anyone should use my common area, they see it as normal, I don't haha, the only thing that saves this accommodation was DANA (hence an 8 to the MANAGER, NOT TO THE OWNERS), a person who was always attentive to us at any time, she made the stay smoother, thanks for her professionalism.

Purtroppo alcune volte succede che si prenota il B&B credendo di aver prenotato una casa vacanza. ogni volta succede questo. che c'è una grossa lamentela. ma non è colpa nostra però che si fa questo errore. puntualmente prendiamo brutte recensioni per questo errore. in un B&B si affittano le stanze non la casa. gli spazi comuni sono a disposizione dello staff e degli altri clienti. non si puo pretendere di appropriarsene. stessa cosa per la lavatrice, è ad uso dello staff non dei clienti. anche la cucina, in un B&B a differenza della casa vacanza e proibito cucinare. il box di sicurezza delle chiavi a solo quelle della porta principale, non ha le chiavi delle singole stanze. inoltre il codice lo ha solo la persona a cui noi lo diamo. non le possono prendere tutti.
