Small hotel near the Elio 116 beach, with which it is affiliated, almost at the end of Riccione. Peripheral area slightly different from the more "central" one, very full of hotels and residences, but at the same time very full of places to eat "casually". Courteous and helpful staff and excellent mixed breakfast every morning from 8 to 10:30. Clean rooms, small balcony with table and chairs. Perhaps the view from the balcony is not the best (other buildings), but it's not a big deal. All in all, a good hotel and I consider returning.
