Apartment very well located, close to the train station and close to the center, spacious and very quiet. The owner was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me even though I arrived 3.5 hours late due to a train strike (22:30 instead of 19:00). For breakfast, choice between tea and coffee, or cereals, etc. I also appreciated the yogurts found in the refrigerator!

Excellent accommodation for short stays. Ideal location for the city center, the Station, and the Cineteca. Excellent wifi, independence and privacy guaranteed. Great mattresses. Con: shower with a slightly inconvenient curtain.

Apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator 5 minutes walk from the central station of Bologna. The apartment is in good condition despite being certainly dated as a building. Hallway, kitchen with terrace, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom. All rooms are well maintained and clean. Bedroom with TV, large wardrobe, desk, and bedside tables. Bathroom with bidet, toilet, shower (with curtain), washing machine, and shelving with everything you need for cleaning. Kitchen with fridge (with milk, butter pats, and fruit juices), microwave, coffee/chocolate machine with capsules, induction hob (on request), electric kettle for water, and toaster. Nothing is missing! For breakfast, there are 2/3 types of snacks, single-portion jams, single-portion Nutella, coffee and chocolate capsules, rusks. Complete dishes for all day situations (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Everything is very well organized, even with recycling. Very clean structure. Kind and very helpful owner. We arrived late at night and she waited for us for the keys and explanations.

Lovely little apartment, bright and with a large balcony in the kitchen. Excellent location from Bologna central station and the famous Bologna arcades. The owner, very kind, provided a very varied and abundant breakfast, all sealed in single portions, even the legendary Nutella jars... and if you forget to bring toothpaste... don't worry, you will also find that in the bathroom. I will gladly come back.

Very easy to reach when arriving at the station, close enough to the center to reach it comfortably with a walk under the arcades, but it is also located in a quiet area where at night there is neither traffic nor noise from local venues. Comfortable and welcoming and spacious (it's not a room, but a real apartment), nothing is missing, not even the washing machine if the stay should be extended. There are facilities to do anything (cook, store food, spend time in relaxation - there is also a wide assortment of board games - prepare a snack or a coffee). Crystal clear cleanliness and a wide range of soaps for any need. The price/service ratio is exceptional in my opinion.

Stay not recommended, even though the manager was kind enough to let us leave the property in the afternoon, but this does not justify the poor management of a B&B. Price quality ratio not adequate with a dated, poorly maintained structure and poorly renovated. The breakfast is poor with some products close to expiry, the mattresses are sagging and the nets very old; in 3 nights and 4 days the towels were never changed, which also emitted a bad smell (despite having reported it); the property is shared with a manager's room, as well as the unique balcony serving the B&B kitchen and the manager's room; the shower tray is without a box but covered with a waterproof curtain, the detergents are not disposable. The location is excellent.

Signor Popolizio, come può vedere da tutte le altre recensioni sono tutte molto positive. quindi è parecchio evidente che la sua è molto pretestuosa e in malafede. Le ho spiegato che sono volontaria nella protezione civile e che in questi giorni ero impegnata a spalare fango in zone fortemente alluvionate. La colazione per legge dev'essere composta da prodotti confezionati che ho peraltro acquistato appositamente per voi e che hanno una normalissima scadenza, ho verificato è la scadenza più vicina è l"1 agosto, cioè tra un mese e nezzo. I materassi sono nuovissimi e tutti gli altri ospiti li hanno trovati comodi. I prodotti mono uso non ci sono per scelta ecologica per riidurre i rifiuti e questo è anche indicato nella scheda che evidentemente non ha letto se no avrebbe visto anche le foto della struttura che corrispondono perfettamente a realtà e che tutti gli altri ospiti hanno trovato ottima. Ha trovato e usato comunque le cuffie monouso, i vanity kit e il pacco di salviette struccanti e comunque la casa è fornita di tutti i prodotti necessari in flaconi dispenser. Gli asciugamani vanno cambiati due volte alla settimana e voi siete rimasti solo tre giorni, se vuole il cambio quotidiano le consiglio in futuro di andare in albergo, quelli qua vicino con pisizione 10 costano il yriplo di quanto ha pagato lei, invece di fare delle storie assurde per degli asciugamani freschi di bucato e appena ritirati dallo stendino che secondo voi avevano odore di umido e che ho verificato e non avevano alcun odore di niente. Peraltro vi ho offerto di cambiarveli con degli asciugamani nuovi ed è lei che mi ha detto che non ne avevate più bisogno. Certo mettere un quattro al gestore dopo che vi ho atteso fino alle dieci di sera e vi ho lasciato fare il check-out alle 18 e vi ho conprato gli yoghurt che volevate voi vi qualifica per quello che siete. Onestamente neanche io consiglio ad altri di ospitarvi, anzi sarebbe opportuno ci fosse una lista nera per i clienti.

Casa Margot is a great choice for those visiting Bologna: close to the station and not far from the center. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need and a wide selection of breakfast products, such as milk, coffee pods, butter, jam, etc. The owner is very kind and helpful, she even allowed us to leave our luggage outside the check-in time. I would say everything is perfect.
