The structure is in line with the expense incurred. The room, as shown in the photos on the website, is well furnished and very quiet despite the average traffic on the adjacent street. It is perfectly clean even in the least accessible areas, which I personally verified. Breakfast is served at some establishments located near the property, thanks to some vouchers included in the price. Another appreciation was for the availability and kindness of Mrs. Isabella. She not only made me feel comfortable but also pointed out some places to visit in the city and other 'places' where you can eat well. In summary, in three words: 'I am very satisfied'.

The B&B Villino Luschi is a cozy and convenient place to visit the center of Pisa. The owner was very kind and helpful for our needs, providing us with useful tips for meals and places to visit.

Isabella is a very kind and helpful host, the welcome was excellent. We hope to return!
