0 stars! I would not recommend to anyone! Worst experience we’ve been through. We booked this b&b in the center of bologna, we left our bags to go for lunch. When we came back they told us that we needed to take our move to a different b&b because the “bathroom was broke”…they already had a plan and new b&b was OUTSIDE the city center and it was the most awful and disgusting place we’ve ever stayed in…B&B Ellegance… cold, very dirty, noisy… and we initially paid for breakfast but in the new place there was no breakfast. AND THE PRICE WAS THE SAME! The website did not give us an option to cancel or we would have lost the money. The “administrator” came to the new b&b and we expressed our unhappiness about the state of the place and about the whole situation and he said there’s nothing he can do. He gave us the number of the owner and we called him but he refused to answer. The Administrator INSISTED that we gave him the credit card there on the spot. I told him that the details of the credit card were put in the website when we first booked and he said and that i don’t feel safe to give my bank details to a stranger, I refused and gave him cash and he had no choice…obviously i did not get any sort of receipt. I contacted the website : “We will open an internal investigation” they said. My guess is that they re-booked our room for more money and moved us to an inferior b&b with the excuse of the broken bathrrom.

Mi hermano y yo (venimos de Croacia) pasamos 4 días en la hermosa Bolonia en este lugar increíble con probablemente la mejor relación calidad-precio de toda la ciudad. La ubicación del Marconi Inn es genial, todo el personal (Alfonso, Frank, Jerome) es simplemente increíble - tan educado, amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier tipo de pregunta, incluida la impresión de boletos para el aeropuerto y responder correos electrónicos a las 05:30. El personal es muy profesional y las instalaciones están limpias. El único aspecto negativo sería el desayuno. Está incluido en el precio y no se puede objetar, pero solo incluye café y croissant en el restaurante cercano. Todo lo demás (tostadas) debe pagarse adicionalmente. En caso de que el desayuno incluya una oferta mayor (huevos, sándwiches, jugos, etc.) sería simplemente perfecto. A pesar de esto, doy un puro 10/10 a esta instalación. Buena suerte con el trabajo y por favor, sigan siendo tan profesionales y amables.

¡Estructura y gerentes de primera! ¡Lo recomiendo especialmente si necesita visitar el centro de Bolonia, a 10 minutos a pie! Además, una parada de autobús muy cerca para ir tanto al estadio como a Casalecchio. ¡La estructura es muy bonita y limpia, acogida impecable del anfitrión! También hay posibilidad de guardar el equipaje.

B&B profesional con recepción hasta las 19:30, ubicación céntrica, gerente muy servicial. Muebles modernos pero desgastados, baño nuevo pero con desagües lentos y ligero olor en la habitación. Aprecié el minibar, la posibilidad de hacer café con la máquina incluida, la tetera y los excelentes tés de hierbas, así como el set de cortesía. Sin embargo, la habitación doble no es muy grande y podría necesitar una renovación. Desayuno en el bar al lado de la planta baja de la estructura.
