The apartment is great overall! Very clean, very comfortable, great location. The location is much better than you might think at first glance. In fact, it's 10/10 considering the property's price - the 916 bus will take you to Piazza Venezia in 15-20 minutes, and almost everything except the Vatican is within a 20-minute walk from there. The Vatican is a 15-minute walk, so Oasi Verde has you completely covered:) Garibaldi Square, the Venus fountain, and the Trastevere district are a 40-minute walk with splendid city views. Furthermore, it turns out that you can get to and from Fiumicino in just an hour and 8 euros per person using the regional train - San Pietro station is a maximum of 15 minutes' walk away, and the trains arrive every 5 minutes. 1-2 stops and you can change to the train heading to the airport. And that's important because taxis are very, very expensive in Rome. The neighborhood is mainly residential - great for watching locals living their daily lives. Carrefour is 5 minutes away and a shopping mall with a big supermarket and low-quality brands right by the metro station that is 15 minutes away. The apartment itself has everything you need, the common kitchen is well-equipped, and even a coffee machine is at your disposal. Stefano is a great host, very Italian:) The only thing that could be improved is probably breakfast. Although the fridge is full of free juices, water, milk, and yogurt (which is fantastic), the only things you can eat for breakfast are sweet dry muffins, dry pies with no filling, and things like that. I wish there were eggs and sausages. In summary, the place is great and definitely worth its money. I rated it 7/10 for quality/price only because generally lodging in Rome seems very overpriced to me.
