I stayed at this property for 3 nights. Francesco the manager was very helpful and flexible both for the check-in and check-out times, meeting our needs. He also provided us with a list of shops nearby and places to go for dinner. For any of our requests, he kindly provided a solution, whether it was for a small expense or to taste something typical. Perfect and impeccable cleanliness. Varied and abundant breakfast, including local typical products (personally, I really appreciated this 'detail' if it can be defined as such). The B&B is in a quiet and very strategic area for those like us who wanted to visit the most beautiful beaches in the surroundings and then take a tour in the beautiful city of Cagliari. Excellent value for money.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. It's impossible to sleep at night due to the heavy traffic from the street below, sirens of buses and cars continuously, and with the old windows (I think from the 80s) that close with difficulty, you have to resign yourself to not sleeping. It's really hot, you're practically forced to keep the air conditioner on. The bathroom wasn't clean. Mosquitoes attacking you as soon as you go up the stairs, the coffee machine full of used pods. Annoying courtesy lights on here and there. The front door also needs to be replaced along with the windows. What can I say, we paid 55 euros, okay, but we won't be back.
