Posizione strategica che permette di visitare il centro città a piedi. Tranquilla pur essendoci molti ristoranti e locali nelle vicinanze. Estrema gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di Raffaella. Ci sentiamo di consigliarla.

Ottima posizione si raggiungono a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche, tranquillità (di notte si dorme benissimo), pulizia ottima, finiture moderne, cordialità e disponibilità del gestore.

Accogliente e comodo per la sua localizzazione. Abbiamo trascorso pochi giorni ma ci siamo trovati molto bene, stanza pulita e confortevole.

Stay was very comfortable. Room was clean, host was very nice and attentive.

I liked this property because of its central location. There is a great choice of restaurants/cafes/bars within a 10 minute walk of the property. I would of preferred a fridge instead of a cooler.

Our new favorit place to stay! Raffaella & Simione run this lovely place together as a couple. The love they put in to it shows in the way the welcomed and helpt us during our stay and it showes in the way the place is maintained. Without a doubt fore sure we would book again. The location is superb, everything you want to see in Rome within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and have a fresh new look & feel. It feels like your own Home away from Home while you are in Rome. Thank you for a wonderfull time!

Great location, close to all the main attractions by foot and the room was clean and comfortable. The host, Raffaella, was very friendly and helpful, and also provided great recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, very noisy during the day due to school classes upstairs and constant moving furniture loudly across the floor. Needs a new toilet brush, current one is filthy, no batteries in the safe so non functional. Very clean sparto and quiet at night.
