Contrary to what is indicated in the description of the property, there is no possibility to use the kitchen. The room only has a small fridge and a microwave, but there are no dishes or sink. Spacious room, well furnished. Private bathroom in the room perfectly equipped. Everything very clean and tidy, excellent bed and bath linen. View of the dome from the window! Small elevator very convenient for bringing luggage to the floor. San Pietro station a short walk away, supermarkets and bars in the immediate vicinity. The lady who welcomed us is extremely kind and helpful, she always responded immediately to all messages/calls giving us valuable advice.

We had a very good stay at San Pietro Chic Resort. Barbara and Natalina were more than available to answer our questions and help us. In short, this little cocoon allowed us to have fabulous vacations.

B&B located in a great position, being 20 meters from San Pietro train station. The room is clean and made available before the normal check-in time. Bathroom is okay, only liquid hand soap was provided, no shower gel. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

To start with, it shouldn't be classified as a bed-and-breakfast, since breakfast is not offered. The positive aspect is the location: 10 minutes from the Vatican and close to a railway station and a bus terminal for the city center. Negative aspects: payment with credit card is not accepted (not declared at the time of booking), the wifi didn't work throughout the stay, and the shower was very inconvenient.

Despite the hospitable welcome of Mrs. Natalina and the seemingly very nice room, unfortunately, my experience was negative mainly due to the lack of clarity in the stay conditions. I had to discover to my chagrin that the bath towels would not be changed (1 large towel and 1 small one per person for 2 nights!) and this was not at all clear in the booking conditions. Furthermore, the bathroom was neglected (bidet not physically fixed to the floor, mixer group that moved, unchanged water filters preventing a correct water flow), bathroom rugs in very questionable conditions, and finally, the gate access key that did not open from the outside (I was forced to open it from the inside). In fairness, Mrs. Natalina tried to remedy the situation by providing me with towels and offering me her entrance key, but I believe that certain issues need to be clarified and resolved in advance, especially those concerning the services offered. I will not return.

Excellent, clean, comfortable, welcoming property. Beautiful, clean, and warm rooms with everything you need. Strategic location, just below the property is the bus stop we took to the Colosseum, etc. For San Pietro, we walked because it's a stone's throw away. We stayed in this property with 9 people, we had a great time and having the little kitchen we had dinner on the property. The owner is kind and welcoming. If I had to stay in Rome again, I would definitely come back.
