Structure with great potential but not well maintained. A lot of dust everywhere, poor cleanliness, even absence of hot water in the bathroom. The accommodation had clearly not been prepared to welcome guests. On the other hand, the absolutely fantastic location made us overlook it because we stayed for only one night. The disappointment remains.

Delightful apartment very warm and cozy situated in the heart of Bologna with all the comforts. Clean, well maintained and equipped with everything necessary for the kitchen, linens, bathroom, with cleaning products. A few steps from Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri. Very kind owner Cristina who provided us with lots of information to visit the city and to taste the cuisine. We had a great time and will definitely return. Along with the group that was with us. Recommended.

The structure should be improved, there are some details that make the difference have been left neglected, missing doorknob on the stairs, missing knob on the chest of drawers and its door in the bedroom, even the kitchen cabinet doors should be adjusted. In the bathroom, I also found towels used by other guests. Moreover, a final cleaning cost of € 45.00 is charged, which is not visible during the search for the facility, unless you enter other conditions.

Gentilissima Nicoletta, si in effetti mi è dispiaciuto riscontrare la sua sorpresa al momento del pagamento. Solitamente non affittiamo per una sola notte, il prezzo per notte sarebbe sicuramente sottostimato sia per la zona che per l’appartamento. Le spese di gestione per ogni cambio ospite sono infatti ammortizzate se il soggiorno è più lungo. Tuttavia l’importo totale che ha pagato per una sola notte è sempre nettamente inferiore a qualsiasi struttura nelle vicinanze. Per la svista degli asciugamani mi ero già scusata e rammaricata con lei, sono cose che possono accadere purtroppo, nonostante le attenzioni. sottolineare che mancano pomelli o chiavi nei mobili mi fa comunque capire che tutto il resto sia stato di suo gradimento. Queste sono piccole cose, in un appartamento così di sapore, ha ragione!
