We had a great time, first of all, thanks to the kindness and availability of Luca. The place was in a strategic position in the historic center of Naples. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace for a peaceful evening, enjoying wine and take-out food in the cool 😃. We will definitely come back… three days are too few to see all of Naples.

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. The structure is in a central, quiet location and very convenient to reach the main places in the center of Naples. Luca, the manager, is a delightful person, very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of useful advice on places to visit and where to eat, and they all turned out to be excellent. Highly recommended!

Perfect for visiting Naples. Very close to the historic center, very convenient metro stops. Recently renovated, elevator reaching the room, private bathroom, air conditioning. Very beautiful panoramic terrace.

After a tiring journey, Luca welcomed us with impeccable enthusiasm at his accommodation located in the historic center of Naples, with valuable instructions on how to explore the unusual and traditional city in southern Italy that mixes relaxation, irreverence, monuments, and ancient buildings, bars, and restaurants. During our 3-day stay, we also had the opportunity to visit the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum through the connection at the central station, which is a 15-minute walk from the charming B&B. Common areas, room, and bathroom perfectly clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The charm of rich, historic, and cheerful underground Naples could not have been more fulfilling without this accommodation that has a large rooftop terrace, where you can smoke, have a coffee offered by the host, and enjoy until 11:00 PM. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out, which greatly helped us to visit breathtaking places that were still unknown to us. Highly recommended!

Strategic location, 3 minutes walk from Spaccanapoli and San Gregorio Armeno. The metro is right under the house, but I never needed to take it in 5 days. It's about a 20-minute walk from the central train station through the shops. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Luca is a super nice and very helpful host. There is absolutely nothing missing, and the cherry on top is the panoramic terrace. An important detail for some, the apartment is on the top floor and equipped with an elevator, and it's very quiet. What can I say, thank you Luca, we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful stay in Naples. Highly recommended structure. A stone's throw from the center, very convenient to visit everything by moving around on foot without using transport. And Luca is a truly special person, helpful in everything. I highly recommend it to those who want to visit the city.

Very nice and clean room, Luca is a lovely person. Very kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to meet the needs of his guests. Additionally, he provides a very convenient service, namely the luggage storage which is even free of charge. What can I say, highly recommended accommodation and furthermore in a very central and convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from the metro stop.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet, with a lovely common area where you can have breakfast with coffee or herbal teas provided by Luca, a perfect, kind, friendly and helpful host who gave us great advice. The location is a stone's throw from the historic center and you can visit the city on foot. Thank you Luca, we hope to come back soon.

Perfect location and very quiet rooms. Luca is really kind and helpful. Much appreciated the opportunity to have tea/herbal teas/coffee in the common areas. Recommended for a short stay in Naples and to experience the heart of the city.

Everything perfect. Luca has been a great host. The house is very beautiful, spacious, with a fantastic terrace and Luca is really helpful: he provided us with many useful tips.

Luca, the owner, has been very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about every place in Naples worth visiting; he explained well the type, location, and routes to get where we wanted to go. The room is small but very cozy and the location is very convenient for those, like us, who wanted to stay in the historic center. He is also a native English speaker and this is perceived from his very marked 'gentility', which is fascinating. All in all, a great experience.

This B&B is absolutely recommended by us! The owners are so adorable and helpful, they give local tips if needed, they even helped me when my ID card and money was stolen and even offered to help when I was back in Rome. We are so thankful for the nice house and the support of the owner. \nWhat you should know: There is no breakfast, but a fridge. Not many supplies to cook but some utensils to eat with :) \nThe location is super central, near a bus and metro station and super to go out in the night because it's near Piazza Bellini.

Mr. Luca has an extraordinary gift: empathy. He cares and calls you to make sure everything is going well; attentive and caring. His mother is available and very nice. The room was great, very clean, tidy and air-conditioned. The elevator arrives inside the B&B. It's close to everything. What else to add if not to recommend it absolutely?
