Recently renovated premises, furnished with style and good taste. Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, close to a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard, so it is quiet. Regarding the location, the only issue (not the fault of the manager, of course, but the reason for the 9/10 rating), is that the property is in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you cannot even stop in front to unload your luggage, and outside the ZTL, all parking spaces are paid and not easy to find. However, just a few meters from the accommodation, there is a covered garage, which obviously has a higher price than the already expensive blue parking zones (€1.80 per hour in March 2024). The premises are very clean and functional, modern and equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, there's even Netflix! Breakfast is not included, but Federico provides a coffee machine with pods and a kettle. And as mentioned, there are bars in the area. The check-in was quick and all done remotely. Federico is always available (by phone), but inside, there is a "house book" that explains everything precisely and even indicates what to see in Bologna and where to eat. Surely, if I were to return to Bologna, I would stay here again.

Me and my friends stayed at CasAvesella for two nights for a concert. The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes from the city center and the train station. It is also equipped with all the necessary comforts for a vacation. The owner has always been kind, reachable, and helpful towards us. The stay was great and we will definitely come back if we happen to be in Bologna again.

Beautiful and very clean B&B. Modern design, spacious and very comfortable. Fully equipped and the owner, Federico, was very helpful. Everything is set remotely and you have all the information you need in a booklet. The apartment is situated halfway between the train station and the center. I recommend this place and would be staying here again whenever in Bologna.

A well-designed and well-equipped apartment that is about 10 minutes walk from the main station (which is 7 minutes from the airport) and 10 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. A delightful café/bakery for breakfast just round the corner in Via S. Giuseppe and a proper Gelateria on Via Galliera. Perfect for a short break in a city that has much to offer.

We stayed one night for Vasco Rossi's concert. Federico, although we never met him, was always in touch with us providing support. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the station and 15 minutes from the center of Bologna. Clean and very comfortable. Fast and free Wi-Fi. Everything you need to enjoy a vacation in the city. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night, me, my husband, and my 5-month-old son, and we had a great time as it is just a few steps away from the center of Bologna. The owner is a very kind and helpful guy, and the house is super new, fragrant, and equipped with all the comforts! We will definitely come back.
