Breakfast is not included but the owner provides water, milk, and some packaged snacks. In addition, she offers a coffee machine and a kettle for making tea/herbal teas. The property is very clean and well-kept. The owner is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property.

A pleasant discovery in Monticlaris: honest price, tastefully furnished and extremely clean room, strategic location and Mrs. Loredana ready and available for customer requests. Highly recommended.

On the site the place seems totally correct but on the spot it is quite different. Scaffolding has been present for 1 year. No table for lunch (limited to a coffee and industrial pastries and an open fruit juice for everyone). We do not recommend this rental. Too bad. Best regards Monique.

Staying in the 18th century is something very special. The furnishings with antique furniture and tasteful modern components is something that everyone should experience at least once. Everything very clean and an extraordinarily friendly landlady. The breakfast self-service and checking out at 11:00 make the B&B the perfect place to stay.

Highly recommended! Excellent location, excellent cleanliness, beautiful environment. But the icing on the cake is the owner, super kind, attentive and helpful.

Positive experience, the owner is helpful and kind, the bed and breakfast has a great location, it's a pity that the renovation works on the building have taken away a lot of light and air from the room, as well as obstructing the view of the Cathedral and the castle. The room was clean and tidy, well furnished. The bathroom, also clean and in excellent condition, is not directly connected to the room, privacy is not guaranteed 100%.

I was surprised by the fact that there were no more photos of the internal and external structure and that the reviews were not visible. I understood why. There is a major external renovation underway which, among other things, causes a lot of dust in the room (even inside the wardrobe) and the workers walk on the scaffold passing in front of the window. The room has a rather suffocating decor. Perhaps very imposing antique furniture, which can also be beautiful but certainly not suitable for a room, especially the church pew. The huge chandelier that would host 24 light bulbs has only one (well, saving money) while the bedside abat-jour lamps have such a dim light that they seem like a votive lamp. It practically looks like a night light, somewhat unsettling (if we wanted to read?). The room light only turns on from the outside. The bathroom is more than acceptable, even the cleanliness, dust aside. For breakfast, packaged snacks and supermarket juices.
