A charming apartment in a very calm area with shops very near.

The apartment had that old world charm we were looking for and the location was an easy walk to the train station. Alessandro was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. He even made dinner reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This property is charming and beautiful! Everything about the property was superb and exactly as described. The host, Allesandro, was extremely communicative and pleasant to correspond with. We have nothing negative to say. Don't miss an opportunity to stay in a true Venetian accommodation.

Convenient to reach, practical for exploring the city, very nice inside, practical and spacious even though we were 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect organization, information, directions, management of the property, documents, payment, etc., impeccable and all conveniently done via WhatsApp with Alessandro. Important and very convenient the possibility of leaving luggage after check-out in the entrance and being able to retrieve it independently, without having to carry it around the city.

A very clean and well-furnished apartment, perfect for a family of 4, ideally located 500 meters from the train station on foot and in a very pleasant, not too touristy area. Excellent value for money. Alessandro was very responsive, answered all our questions, and was very accommodating (we could leave our luggage while waiting for our evening train and on arrival in the morning as we arrived quite early). Thank you for everything, we will be back!

Prior to arrival and during our stay, Alessandro was highly communicative and responsive. Clear directions, easy check-in and check-out, couldn't have gone smoother. Nice host who provided great recommendations and very accommodating. The apartment itself is charming and has great character. Felt like a local while having all modern amenities. Good size, comfy beds, hot showers and air conditioning. Location couldn't be better. Less than 10-minute walk from the train station, which is beneficial if you have luggage. Off a quiet street, but just a few blocks from the bustling city. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Alessandro is a fantastic host with great communication and genuinely wants to help. He sent out suggestions for lunch spots via WhatsApp when we mentioned we were going out and virtually checked in on us throughout our stay. The apartment is close to the station and also to great coffee shops and eateries. There is also a Coop nearby and the market if you want to pick up some groceries. The place is full of art pieces: prints, paintings, and ceramics and is worth taking some time to browse the quirky objects and wall fillers. The only criticism would be the lack of any private space other than the bathroom as we are a teen family and privacy is important for the children at that age. An extra curtain across the partition might be welcome. The apartment is rustic and charming, and you will get a sense of how Venetians live (opening and closing the window shutters, the rubbish rules, etc.) even if it’s just a glimpse. We would recommend this as a place to stay in Venice.

Everything was great. The property is very charming and clean and the location is ideal. It is on a quiet street near restaurants, landmarks, a canal with a boat station, and the train station. The owner, Alessandro, went out of his way to make sure everything was okay. His communication with me was excellent. I will certainly be coming back.

Very nice apartment and beautifully furnished. It is located on a very quiet street but close to everything. The plus is the management of Alessandro who, both before arrival and during the stay, keeps in touch and provides you instantly with all the information and suggestions for the stay.

Really great apartment, equipped with every convenience, in an optimal position to reach the center by public transport or on foot. Very kind owner and available to meet every request from guests. I highly recommend it.

Accommodation with a very convenient location in the Cannaregio district, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Very beautiful and characteristic house, rustic style but well maintained, with everything needed for every need. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't use the kitchen but everything was there. Really spacious areas and very comfortable beds, except for the slightly small bathroom but with everything you need! The only so-so note, a little sewage smell coming from the bathroom sometimes but absolutely bearable. Wifi present and perfectly functional. The owner super helpful for help or suggestions and also very clear in the explanations about the apartment. We will definitely be back!

Arnold is a wonderful host, always available and above all polite and friendly. His apartment is located in a convenient location near Santa Lucia station, strategically perfect. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a typical Venetian house, always perfectly clean, equipped with all the comforts needed to spend holidays in serenity. For me, everything was perfect. The apartment is located a few minutes' walk from the station, in a lively area with bars and restaurants. Characteristic environment, well-organized, and clean. The owner Alessandro was always available, providing information and kindness both at the time of booking and upon our arrival. A place to return to.

This is a true gem in Venice! The location is very quiet and next to one of the few city parks, but at the same time it is 2 minutes away from the busy streets with great places to eat, drink, and shop. Also, close to the city vaporetto stops. The apartment was larger than expected for a family of 4 and has everything you need for a great stay in Venice. Alessandro is the best host we could have hoped for, with attention to every detail. Thank you Alessandro, we look forward to our next visit to your lovely place in Venice!

Excellent facility in a strategic location. 5 minutes from the train station and very convenient for walking around the city. Impeccable cleanliness and the host was very kind in advising us on what to visit and where to eat. Too bad we only booked one night. We will definitely come back.
