We stayed here for 5 nights in April. Francesco, the host, got in contact just prior to our arrival and was brilliant. He made sure we got into the property without a hitch even though it was 11 pm. He was also very helpful when we asked for advice regarding shops, etc. The property itself is just down a small side street off a main bustling street lined with shops and restaurants. Only a couple of minutes' walk from the Rialto bridge and the main waterbus stops. All in all, it's in a great location with a great host and would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Venice. Located a short distance from Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Well-kept, spacious apartment and above all very clean. When we return to Venice, it will definitely be the place we choose.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was at the center of Venice and it was clean. We would book again. A TV in the rooms would be very helpful. 9/10. Thank you.

Great location, nicely equipped and spacious apartment, although not cleaned well (especially the bathroom and kitchen).

Certainly a very positive experience also thanks to the kindness and availability of the owner, Mr. Tokuro. The apartment is in a really great location and has everything you might need even for several days.

Everything perfect, recently restored and tastefully done, very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom (missing bidet), huge master bedroom with double and single bed and armchairs. Well heated, well lit, the owner is very kind and very helpful. Excellent location, close to Rialto, I recommend the San Lio tavern 50 meters away. Quiet location.

The two apartments are comfortable, quiet in a dead end and ideally located in the center of Venice. The welcome and follow-up are very well done with efficiency and kindness. Too bad the beds creak especially the single beds... it's the only negative point!

Amazing apartment in central location in Venice. You live in the center but on a quiet street. The apartments have everything for your weekend. Everything is within walking distance: a chic breakfast bakery, a supermarket for shopping and Venice at night for walking. The perfect place for your wonderful weekend in Venice. I advise everyone. The apartment is located very centrally.

Great size, very spacious, very clean, with a lot of essentials (for example, towels, hair dryer, lots of things in the kitchen to cook and warm things up). Location is very close to Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Basically all the main places. Very happy with my stay and condition of the place. Would 100% recommend!

Great location, very clean, positive experience.

Great facility, easy to find and in a very central location, 8 minutes from San Marco. Tokuro is very kind and helpful. I recommend it.

I had the fortune to stay at this property with my wife. What to say? Simply perfect! Location in the heart of Venice, 5 minutes from the Rialto vaporetto stop. Impeccable cleanliness and fully equipped kitchen. A few words about the owner Tokuro: we arrived at the property with minutes to spare to reach the boat stop to the island of Burano and what did he do? He practically ran to accompany us to avoid getting lost in the city's "mazes". Truly a greatly appreciated kindness. He is available for many other tips. Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
