Great value for the money at a great central location! For breakfast you get a coffee and croissant outside the building at the cafe restaurant.

In Naples, the welcome is always warm. We did not choose the breakfast option because there are plenty of bars in the surrounding area. The only flaw is in the name, which mentions a jacuzzi. In the generous dimensions of the bathroom, there was only a medium shower, a toilet without a bidet. Too bad, I was hoping for a jacuzzi. I recommend it, hoping that the bathtubs will arrive soon in all rooms.

Structure is a bit old but all the essential services are there. The room was for disabled people so there was no bidet. Overall it went well.

The B&B Napoli Centrale Hotel Room&Jacuzzi is centrally located, very convenient for transportation, bars, and restaurants, close to the historic center. Gaetano and Giuseppe are very helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent value for money. The only downside is that, being in the center, the area is a bit chaotic.

We stayed two days as guests at the B&B Napoli Centrale Hotel Room&Jacuzzi, we had a great time, clean and friendly environment. Very convenient, close to the train station, metro, circumvesuviana, to move around easily.

A welcoming and hospitable structure, very pleasant light effects that create a romantic atmosphere. Excellent location, the managers are very friendly and helpful, attentive to the needs of the customers.

Painting old office furniture white does not make them pleasant. Quite dirty, sheets with hairs from the previous tenant. The bathroom is horrible. And with a 6-legged neighbor at night. Well, it has air conditioning and a window that does not close. I will not repeat.

Good structure although in a convenient but very dirty area of Naples. If I consider the value for money, I would say it is quite appropriate. The streets surrounding it are very noisy, especially at night and early in the morning.

Very convenient location because it is close to the station and a twenty-minute walk from the historic center. Kind and helpful managers. Upon our arrival, Gaetano made us find the illuminated jacuzzi and relaxing background music in the wellness suite. Wonderful.

What can I say about this B&B Napoli Centrale Hotel Room&Jacuzzi? Only good things, in fact, top-notch! Strategic location, even though the area might seem different at first glance, but close to the station, end of Metro1, bars and pastry shops for breakfast, trattorias for lunch and dinner. Spacious rooms, cleanliness, and customer care. Gaetano (the owner) is helpful, and Giuseppe (who replaces him on shifts) is attentive, helpful, and kind. We couldn't have chosen better. Highly recommended!

A quite good B&B, courteous managers, adequate rooms, nothing is missing to spend days in Naples, excellent bathrooms, good air conditioning and internet. Quite quiet considering we are at the Central station. Excellent value for money, I will return if needed. Congratulations to the managers.

The only flaw is the hot water, under the shower, it alternates between hot and cold and vice versa even with the knob turned all the way to hot.

I stayed for a few nights, besides the nightlife that is there every day, it was a successful choice the B&B Napoli Centrale Hotel Room&Jacuzzi. The manager is very helpful. We will come back, thank you.

Very pleasant in front of the central station of Naples and the owner as well as the employees are very kind, ideal for those who have to travel and rest.

Being a celiac customer, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a specially packaged muffin every morning. I hope that in the future they will also cater to the needs of celiac people like me.

The external appearance is deceiving. Inside is really nice, very comfortable bed (I couldn't get up in the morning xD), excellent cleanliness and very kind staff. My sister and I had a great time! Plus, it's in a central location, with many bars, rotisseries, supermarkets nearby. Close to the train station and metro. Despite the room facing a street, the room was quite quiet. In short, nothing to say, perfect stay. I recommend it and will definitely return. I take this opportunity to send greetings to the managers, thank you.

Very good location, price and correct and kind staff. The condition of the structure is dated but it works sufficiently. The only advice I would like to give: given the proximity to the Station, I would recommend allowing luggage pick-up all day long and not just until two o'clock, forcing those with a train in the afternoon to wander around with their luggage! Thank you.

Excellent hotel for what we were looking for, namely an affordable solution, not luxury but with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, with a bathroom, comfortable pillows and mattresses, TV, hairdryer, and kettle (which, as simple as it may be as an appliance, even with breakfast, for me it's always synonymous with an extra touch of attention). Excellent cleanliness, luggage storage facility, and a lot of professionalism. Truly excellent location, practically in the square of the station, very well served by dining options and services. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

If you want to get to know the real Naples, it's ideal. But it's not for everyone, it's to live like a Neapolitan.

It is very close to the central station. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very kind. I will return.

There is too much noise coming from outside. The window insulation is not good. It is an old building not maintained.

Accogliente tranquilla e pulita. Struttura nuovissima.

La struttura è posizionata vicino alla stazione e alla fermata della metropolitana quindi molto comoda di contro si affaccia su una strada trafficata - i gestori molto gentili e cortesi.

Sono stato ospite del B&B Napoli Centrale Hotel per la giornata del 16 agosto e ho pernottato una notte sola. La mia esigenza era quella di trovare un B&B vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e all'aeroporto perché l'indomani dovevo partire per la Croazia. La posizione è strategica perché si trova in Piazza Garibaldi da dove partono poi le navette (Alibus) per l'aeroporto: certo essendo una piazza antistante una stazione ferroviaria è abbastanza affollata e ci sono venditori ambulanti nelle vicinanze ma nel complesso come zona per starci pochi giorni è comoda. In 20 minuti a piedi si arriva in Piazza Plebiscito e nella zona centrale, quindi è molto comoda anche per quello. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza spaziosa ed era silenziosa, con due letti alcuni armadi una televisione e un bagno (che non aveva però il bidet). La colazione l'ho consumata fuori quindi non so come fosse (non vi consiglio il bar vicino la stazione perché ci hanno trattato davvero male ed è tutto overpriced: dopo una spesa di otto euro volevano farci pagare un euro per sedersi ai tavolini fuori).

Il B&B è suddiviso su più piani di una palazzina posizionata vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e alla fermata della metro. Abbiamo passato 2 notti in un mini appartamento mediamente pulito ed una notte in una camera con bagno (tutto molto grande). La seconda sistemazione è sicuramente da prediligere alla prima. Il tutto però in linea con il costo. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione strategica per cui vi consiglio le camere, un po' meno il mini.

Il soggiorno da parte mia e di mia moglie presso la Vostra struttura è stato sotto ogni profilo degno di plauso. Particolarmente significativi la cordialità, la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrate da tutto il Vostro staff a partire, in primis, dal Sig. Gaetano. Sarà mia cura soggiornare nuovamente presso di Voi e nel contempo segnalare le positività del Vostro hotel a Tripadvisor di cui sono contributore di secondo grado. Ancora grazie e a presto.

Posizione centrale e ben servita da treni e metro. Prezzi convenienti, pulito e ordinato. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Servizi igienici un po' fatiscenti.

Questo B&B si trova in un'ottima posizione. Camera bella, pulita e luminosa con una bella vista su una delle vie principali. Bagno esterno pulitissimo ed accessoriato. La proprietaria è dispendibile e gentile; inoltre abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per una colazione abbondante! Super consigliato.

Come struttura non è male, anzi è molto nuova, le camere sono pulite e il servizio di pulizia molto disponibile (sebbene faccia il suo dovere solo di mattina, quindi se siete dormiglioni la camera non sarà pulita). Uniche pecche è che non offrono il servizio in camera e la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo, ma devi spendere altri 7,20 € per averla, e la devi anche chiedere il giorno prima. Per il resto, è ok.

Molto accogliente la posizione ottima camera spaziosa e molto profumata ottimo posto ci ritornerò di sicuro.

Abbiamo pernottato in tre coppie per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Comodissimo sia per visitare Napoli che tutti i dintorni. Noi lo consigliamo. Saluti a tutti.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni per la seconda volta con lamia compagna. La considero come una seconda casa per la squisita accoglienza, la perfetta pulizia, silenziosità, ottima colazione e comodissima posizione vicino stazione centrale. La consiglio, merita veramente.
