The apartment is fine if you don't have to stay there during the day because it's very dark. The kitchen corner is useful for breakfast but there is not enough to prepare meals. However, a microwave is missing. Other than that, the apartment is functional and the owner gave us very good tips to visit Venice in a limited time. I recommend.

The bed is comfortable and the house is very clean. It is a strategic place for those who want to visit Venice and have a great experience. I highly recommend it.

It was supposed to be 5 days of relaxation, but this choice turned out to be a nightmare even before arriving at the accommodation. The check-in was stressful, as well as the check-out. The stay lasted 5 nights, during which we had only one dish towel and one shower towel per person. The bathroom was extremely small, a feature not visible in the photos. The shower was old and not sanitized, without a window, fan, or hot water mixer. The window in the room was impossible to open. As for the kitchen, I have no words. The Wi-Fi was present but with very low reception, working only in front of the only window and even there not very well. We also had problems with personal data. The owner was very kind when booking, but then turned out to be a completely different person. As for the location, it was very close to the Rialto Bridge, but it felt like being in a basement. It was hard to tell if it was day or night. Considering that in Venice you can reach any place in 10 minutes, it would be better to opt for a less dark and less stressful area.

Small apartment provided with the necessary. Very characteristic and convenient to services. The owner is kind and helpful. I point out the stairs to access the apartment which can be a bit uncomfortable for those with leg issues (like me).
