As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness. What can I say... magnificent place, beautiful garden, impeccable rooms and bathroom. 5-star breakfast. In short, at Augusta and Luca's place we felt at home.

The accommodation is very suitable for both easy and challenging mountain biking tours. Luca is wonderfully helpful in finding the right tour. Valle Maira and the salt roads definitely require a car journey to ride the trails there. We would have greatly enjoyed it if that hadn't been necessary. Unfortunately, there is no inn or restaurant within walking distance. However, there is a very nice mini-market and delicious restaurants in Dronero. Augusta made a great effort to provide me with a special breakfast despite my food intolerances. Thanks again! We will gladly come back. A very nice place to relax and find peace.

All new, excellent settings, spacious and essential rooms, large and well-kept bathroom, friendly and very down-to-earth managers, knowledgeable and helpful, a great structure to recommend to friends and especially to two-wheel enthusiasts, a great discovery to get to know an environment still healthy and genuine like Val Maira and the surrounding valleys.

Luca and Augusta are two exceptional, competent, and friendly people. Their B&B is equipped with bike rental and a room equipped to store your bike overnight. Abundant and healthy breakfast that gives you energy to face a nice ride. The cozy rooms boast excellent cleanliness and offer every comfort. There will be no shortage of opportunity to visit them again.

A structure and impeccable managers, where kindness and competence are the conditions that favor the care of every detail to the maximum. We definitely plan to go back because we had a great time... really the top.

We stayed three nights at Casa Bart owned by Luca and Augusta with the aim of cycling in e-bike in Val Maira. The owners were extremely kind, welcoming us with hospitality. They provided us with information on restaurants and places to visit, advising us every morning on the routes to take based on the weather and our needs. Finally, fantastic location, clean and cozy room, very comfortable beds, a super breakfast with local products, homemade cakes and biscuits. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back. Quiet, elegant, very well-kept Bed and Breakfast, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, all new structure, very clean. Breakfast more than satisfying, even for me as a celiac, all local products of high quality owners always courteous and very helpful. They advised us on where to eat and what to do. Luca built us a beautiful E-MTB tour, allowing us to discover the area above Dronero, fantastic. Congratulations.

I couldn't help but write a review about this beautiful brand new structure. My husband and I had a great time, pampered by two splendid hosts... I highly recommend this B&B also for the peace and quiet that can be felt, useful after hours and hours of walking on the many paths in the area.

Exceptional experience. Luca and Augusta, besides being professional and impeccable, are exceptional people. Excellent tour guides and great hosts. You can breathe a family atmosphere and you feel perfectly at ease. Breakfast and snack are exceptional, both for the quality of the products offered and for the quantities. Rarely does a structure offer daily breakfasts with different products, many of which are created by Augusta. I went alone to relieve the stress of the work year, and I brought my grumpy dog who was welcomed with patience and care (dedicated water bowl and comfortable cushion to sleep on). In short, a positive experience. I recommend this structure both for its location and for everything it leaves you in terms of experience. I will definitely return! Very good.

Casa Bart, Casa. I don't think a better name could have been chosen for this fantastic location immersed in the greenery of the Cuneo province. As soon as you enter the gate of Casa Bart, you find yourself in a warm and welcoming environment, colorful and meticulously cared for in every aspect. The welcome from Augusta and Luca was simply exceptional. They made us feel immediately at ease, in an absolutely friendly atmosphere. The room we chose is tastefully furnished, with plenty of wood in harmony with the surrounding environment, and all the comforts (including a kettle with herbal teas etc.) for a holiday dedicated to outdoor activities. The absence of a TV in the room was much appreciated, replaced by an excellent Wi-Fi connection also available in the garden furnished with tables, sun loungers to fully enjoy the open air. Breakfast, served from 7 to 10, is prepared with local and top quality ingredients; we tried both the sweet and the savory options. Everything was truly delicious and plentiful. Truly a very specialized B&B that stands out from others for the presence of a gym and a video-monitored bike room with the possibility to wash bikes and recharge e-bikes. In the area, it is possible to not only go on bike rides, but also on walks; by the way, just 1 km from Casa Bart, there is the Natural Reserve of Ciciu Del Villar, at whose gates there is a bar and a restaurant where you can have a pleasant stop on your way back from one of the trails. A few minutes away by car from Casa Bart, there are excellent restaurants/pizzerias with traditional cuisine. Absolutely recommended and worth returning!

New and very well-kept structure. You are welcomed in a beautiful garden where in the morning you can have breakfast in the shade of a large mulberry tree. Breakfast is always varied with crepes, pancakes, and homemade plumcake made by Augusta, but also excellent jams, juices, and more. In the garden, you can relax or sunbathe. Upon entering the rooms, you are greeted by a delicious scent and a spacious and well-kept environment. There is a kettle available with various types of herbal teas. The bathroom is large and spotless. A nice touch is having access to the gym and the bike room for cycling enthusiasts. Luca and Augusta suggested what to do and see in the area and also recommended where to eat. Truly a great place to unwind from city stress. Definitely worth marking on your agenda!

A great attention to details, from the delightful curtains, to the soaps available in the rooms, to the choice of detergents to wash the bicycles after excursions. Locally sourced high-quality products for the snack platter and a wide availability of maps to plan routes both on foot and by bike in the valleys around this B&B. Highly recommended.
