The structure is very nice, furnished with great taste. We stayed in the attic with the availability of two spaces. Our favorite part was breakfast, defined by us as "social" because we sat together with the other guests of the structure at a large table in the kitchen and it was very easy to socialize with others, so it was very nice. The managers are very welcoming, available and sociable, ready for any request. The structure is very close to Lanciano and Fossacesia Marina (our base destinations), so it is convenient even if a bit off the main road, but once you learn the other access roads, everything becomes simple.

Location and Accessibility: It is important to note that the property is well structured, but its distance of about 3 km from the center of Lanciano could pose a challenge for those without transportation. Additionally, the presence of stairs could be problematic for those with mobility difficulties. I would suggest considering solutions to make access easier for everyone. Room Comfort: During my stay, I noticed some inconveniences in my room. The shower water temperature was initially hot and then lukewarm, and the bathroom heating seemed not to work. It would be appreciated if you could check and resolve these issues to ensure a more comfortable stay. Linen Supply: I noticed the lack of an extra pillow and blanket in the room. I would suggest ensuring that each room is equipped with everything necessary to ensure a pleasant stay, including essential rest items. I appreciate your commitment to providing quality service and hope these suggestions can further enhance the experience of your guests.

At Lotus House you feel at home, Margherita is a treasure, very kind and caring, we felt comfortable with our children aged 4 and 6, who were welcomed like grandchildren. The house is a gem, finely renovated and tastefully decorated. It has a beautiful garden surrounded by olive trees, the setting is very peaceful and the location is strategic for reaching various locations in Abruzzo both on the coast and inland. We will gladly return!

Very pleasant stay, excellent location for those who need to reach Ortona and the trabocchi coast. The rooms are comfortable and modern, the parking is on site. Highly recommended.

What can I say, a beautiful discovery! Passing through on a business trip, I decided to stay at this B&B which had already caught my attention from the photos I saw on their website. The structure is a typical country house located in a very quiet and peaceful area just a few minutes' drive from the center of Lanciano, renovated in green building (a detail that I really appreciated) with a modern but at the same time conservative design, very particular and refined, especially in the details. My room was a standard double room (in my case, being alone, I was also very spacious), clean and with sufficient lighting, equipped with everything necessary for the stay. Special mention to the bed, which was a really comfortable and spacious double. Italian breakfast complete with everything and abundant, in particular the homemade products, namely the 'ferratelle' and the tart, were really excellent! I think I will come back for a leisure stay to fully enjoy this property. Highly recommended!

Stayed one night to break up journey south, 10 minutes from the highway. Room and bathroom new, clean, and comfortable, exactly like in the pictures.

Very welcoming structure with a minimal chic taste, really cute. Comfortable room with very large bathroom climate, mosquito nets. Very courteous and helpful managers. I will definitely go back.

B&B furnished in a unique and original way with quiet, clean, and fresh rooms given the heat of this period. Kind welcome, attentive and available to needs. Varied and abundant breakfast with fresh products. Recommended.

Cozy and well-maintained structure. Quiet area, no chaos around. The manager is kind and available for any information/problem. The rooms are comfortable... relax! The breakfast is excellent (especially the homemade cakes). I have stayed here several times alone or with family, always good. What can I say, I recommend it (also for the price).

Lovely property, splendid hospitality.

We have just left the Lotus House, a small property where we stayed (2 adults + 1 11-year-old boy - "Peonia" room) for 3 nights. It was a very pleasant stay, the Bed & Breakfast is a real gem. Everything is very well taken care of inside, from attention to details to the choice of materials used: cork walls, resin floors, and unique furnishings. The kindness of Pierdomenico (since the initial booking phase) and his mother, Mrs. Margherita, complete the experience. An excellent breakfast is served, one of those that make you feel at home, among delightful people. The trabocchi coast was a surprise, we did not expect such a wild stretch of sea and such clear water. We hope to return soon to this property and highly recommend it.
