We stayed in the U' Suppignu apartment. The apartment is very nice, a great example of design renovation, you can breathe the atmosphere of a typical but at the same time well-kept house in the finishes and details of the furniture, especially the bathroom, equipped with a very spacious shower. The balcony is large and overlooks a magnificent panoramic view. Unfortunately, the same attention to detail was not given to providing customers with the necessary items to fully enjoy the structure: considering that there were three of us, there were no cups for breakfast (only one, very small), the oil is provided in a 5l tin, without an oil dispenser available, impossible to pour; also missing were a kitchen knife and a cutting board to prepare food; there was no kitchen paper or napkins provided; the bathroom lacked liquid soap, even though there was a dispenser; the broom and cleaning products (dish sponges and cloths) in case of dirt (normal in a 4-day stay) were in poor condition and there was no product to clean surfaces - in this regard, at our request we were provided with new cloths and a degreaser. Furthermore, a major problem is represented by mosquitoes: despite keeping the windows closed for the vast majority of the time, we were still fiercely bitten. Mosquito coils or pads should be provided and, more importantly, perhaps more care should be taken in pest control and windows, at least the bathroom window, should be fitted with a mosquito net. The bathroom window, in fact, must remain open to let out an unpleasant smell that sometimes rises from the sanitary fittings. We know that in small and high-altitude countries this is a very common inconvenience and does not depend on the managers, who could, however, have provided the bathroom with an air freshener or some other solution to mitigate the problem. In short, a lot of attention to the general appearance, but less to livability, with a few more precautions in this regard the apartment would be perfect. As for the management, the staff was helpful during the booking phase for requests and clarifications, punctual on arrival and prompt in responding to our request (see above).
