I really enjoyed my stay at the B&B Aria di Mare! The location is strategic to reach the most beautiful areas in the surroundings by car, then the room and the B&B are really nice and well-kept! Elena, the owner, serves a great breakfast every morning. I appreciated a lot the fact that Elena was interested in our daily plans and recommended places to visit or restaurants to try. Moreover, she takes care of the cleaning every day. A very positive aspect that impressed me was the parking pass, not obvious at all and very useful. The experience was excellent and I absolutely recommend this B&B!

Aria di Mare is a truly fantastic Bed and Breakfast: recently finely renovated with taste and high-quality materials in all its parts, fully functional with air conditioning, truly excellent room and bathroom; the breakfast is rich and of high quality managed by Elena who is a magnificent host: welcoming, nice, helpful, really good. The location is excellent in Sirolo, five minutes from the historic center, facing a splendid countryside. An ideal place for holidays but also for smart working. To come back.

Lovely place and then Elena welcomed us with a smile and exceptional availability, very attentive to every need and always polite. We had a fabulous weekend, the location of the B&B Aria di Mare is excellent, the care and cleanliness are unparalleled. We reached everything easily and then the parking pass is a huge advantage. We will be back to see Elena very soon.

Very convenient location, 3 minutes from the center and 5 from the sea of both Sirolo and Numana. Brand new rooms and excellent breakfast. Additionally, they provide a free pass for several parking lots in the town that would otherwise be paid. To all this, the friendliness of the owner is added, who recommends which places to visit and how to reach them. Highly recommended!

Cleaning is carried out every day, while towels are changed every 3 days. Breakfast is abundant and varied. The homemade cakes made by the owner, Elena, are to die for. The latter and her husband are down-to-earth, very kind and extremely helpful people. Elena is always smiling and does everything to make you feel at home, continuously giving advice on places to visit, itineraries to follow, beaches to use, restaurants and taverns to eat at. It was truly a holiday with a capital H and we will definitely return. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for literally pampering us!

FANTASTIC! There are no other words to describe the kindness and professionalism of the managers, especially Elena. Ready to meet every need, to recommend where to eat, what to do impeccably, prepares delicious and fresh cakes every morning. We are a family with 2 girls aged 11 and 14 and we all had a great time at B&B Aria di Mare, we spent 4 beautiful days. Spacious, modern, very clean rooms furnished with great taste. Location that conveys peace and serenity, located a 5-minute drive from the center of Sirolo. We will definitely come back. Thank you Elena for making our mini vacation superb.

WONDERFUL! I stayed at this B&B from the 5th to the 12th of September with my boyfriend. A truly wonderful stay in every way, a B&B immersed in greenery and nature just a few minutes from the center where we could park without any problems thanks to the pass they gave us upon arrival! Everything is new and furnished with great taste and attention to detail. The themed rooms are a truly fitting idea. Elena and her husband then did the rest, super kind and helpful they welcomed us and made us feel immediately at home. And the fabulous breakfasts made in the morning with many delights prepared by Elena will be greatly missed. If you want to have a beautiful vacation, come here, in three words, paradise suddenly.

I stayed at B&B Aria di Mare from August 22nd to 29th. The place is really beautiful, immersed in nature and tranquility. The structure is brand new and designed. The location is not very central but it's still good if you have a car or a bit of good will (5 minutes by car and 25/30 on foot to reach most places). Very nice rooms, equipped with every comfort: en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning, minibar, TV, wifi, etc. Cleaning is done every day, while towels are changed every 3 days. The breakfast is very abundant and varied, there is everything: croissants, homemade cakes, focaccia, sandwiches, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, coffee and much more. To complete everything, the owner Elena, a really sunny, easy-going, kind and always available person, especially in recommending trips, places and restaurants. In conclusion, I can certainly say it was a very pleasant experience and I felt like a king! Thank you for everything!

Highly recommended structure, I stayed for a couple of days and I had a great time, especially for the welcome and the maximum availability from the manager. A very quiet place, a little outside the center, but easily reachable in a couple of minutes!

The B&B Aria di Mare is immersed in the peace and tranquility of the hills but, at the same time, very close to the center of Sirolo and is located in a beautiful newly built residential neighborhood. The room where we stayed is very nice and welcoming with a brand new bathroom and quality sanitary ware. I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness of the room but especially the bathroom (I was amazed at how Elena, the owner, managed to make the shower sparkling every day she cleaned the bathroom). The breakfast was varied and abundant for those who liked sweet or savory: homemade cakes, pizza, erbazzone, schiacciata, biscuits and the classic yogurt and cereals or rusks and various jams. The owner is very helpful and attentive to the customer's needs and to advise, for example, on beaches and places to visit or restaurants to eat. If we decide to spend a holiday or weekend in Sirolo and/or Numana, we will definitely know where to stay.

It was a last-minute stay with the desire to spend a few days in solitude and peace away from the city's rhythms.
