We stayed at Appia Felis for two nights and felt at home, we had a great time. Highly recommended. The lady is friendly, kind, and very helpful.

We enjoyed the days in Rome. The city is nice and we rode bicycles to the center and historical buildings. Elisa is very friendly and helped us with all things and problems. We were lucky to find her bed and breakfast. We would stay there again. If somebody doesn't like cats, then he should look for another room. Much greetings.

Mrs. Elisa is truly an excellent hostess. The B&B is very cute and welcoming. The breakfast is super abundant. My boyfriend and I were very happy with our weekend spent here. Recommended!

We are absolutely satisfied with the stay. Mrs. Elisa is a fantastic, caring and precise person and, wonderful extra touch, the two beautiful non-intrusive cats, to recommend.
