Very convenient for a visit to Lucca, just a few minutes from two access gates to the historical center. We stayed for one night, on our way to southern Tuscany. Nothing to say about order and cleanliness; the availability and courtesy of Martina make you feel at ease right away. The breakfast buffet is absolutely TOP.

Excellent from every point of view.

Very kind people, attention to detail in every way. Special attention, the room was very comfortable, place close to the center and closer to the Atelier pastry shop of Damiano Carrara. Welcoming and clean structure. Top, highly recommended 100%.

We really liked this B&B, it is comfortable, clean, the bed is comfortable, a nice shower, very good breakfast. It was a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, we stayed only for a weekend. The room was spacious (with even a hot tub) and very clean. The welcome was excellent. Martina is a great host, helpful and nice. Just a stone's throw from the center of Lucca. I highly recommend it.

Everything was really excellent. From the reservation request to the immediate and clear responses. Very convenient to the center of Lucca. Availability and kindness. Highly recommended.

Comes with on site parking, English is spoken, the rooms are clean, linen sheets on the bed, welcomed by a member of staff, an entry card and room key provided, large selection of buffet breakfast options (some people took photos). This place sits outside the walls of Lucca and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk in. I look forward to my next visit.

B&B near the walls (about 150 meters) on a slightly busy intersection with ambulance passages during the night. The internal parking is not very large, but we were able to park the car and walk to the center. However, the structure and breakfast are good with a plentiful buffet of sweet and savory. Our room was set up in a particular way, all in pink, with a shower and a built-in hydromassage bathtub. Nevertheless, all the staff were very helpful and at the reception, the lady was very kind to give us all the directions to visit Lucca.

The staff was very kind and welcomed us. The room was equipped with every comfort and delightful details. We enjoyed a bath in the tub (with offered salts), a very comfortable and quiet night, and an unparalleled sweet and savory breakfast. The location is outside the walls but absolutely ideal for those, like us, who want to explore the surroundings (Barga, Monte Fegatesi, and other beautiful nearby places), as it has parking and is in the direction of Garfagnana. We will definitely return. Thank you.

In the overall positive experience. I would definitely go back.

Great welcome, structure, and cleanliness. Location: 5 minutes walk from the walls.

The welcome was very good and Sabrina and Martina were very kind. However, the room (number 2) was below expectations: quite bare and cold (we recommend a light color on the walls that matches the ceiling), the furnishings are not well taken care of (there is also no bedside table for the third bed and the bed squeaks), and the mattresses are too hard, very uncomfortable. The painted ceiling remains beautiful.

The beautiful villa is located in an optimal position, just 5 minutes from the walls. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room where I stayed was spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning and TV. I will definitely come back.
