The property is in the center, close to the metro, shops, and all the city's points of interest. The staff is very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Naples.

Very central location in the Spanish Quarters, just a few steps from the Toledo metro station (to reach the train station and the airport, as well as the port) and the main attractions of the historic center within walking distance. Well-furnished structure and pleasantly managed with the great courtesy of the always available staff. Some nighttime noise due to the location of the structure near the lively Spanish Quarters, but nothing to worry about. Highly recommended. Excellent breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

Excellent structure on all levels. Located in the heart of the city, it allows you to reach the most beautiful places in a few minutes. Excellent!

During my stay I was really well, from the welcome to the check out. The property is managed excellently and with care, impeccable kindness and cleanliness. I recommend it.

Beautiful structure in the Spanish Quarters. Very nice furniture. Clean rooms. We had a great time. The staff is very kind. Savory and sweet breakfast. Every morning a fresh pastry (croissant, sfogliatella or other).

The only flaw, but not of the structure itself, is the loud noise due to the night traffic or perhaps to the people outside the bars. Otherwise, friendly staff, spacious and clean room.

Perfect location, close to the metro and downtown. The owner and staff are very kind and ready to meet every need. Good breakfast with fresh pastry pieces on request. Only drawbacks: the noises from the street, which despite the new fixtures, can be heard as the B&B is very close to restaurants in the Spanish quarters, and some details of the room that could be improved (walls to repaint, pillows to change, limescale in the bathroom fixtures). The stay was still very pleasant and I would recommend it considering the price/quality ratio.
