Very good stay at Atipico B&B. The accommodation is well decorated, very clean and very well located. It's a peaceful space in the heart of old Bari. Communication with the host is very smooth. We recommend it without hesitation!

Armando is a genius, thanks for everything.

Very cool upgrade in a pedestrian area. Small, but efficient. Great bed! Be aware when booking, that you will be parking a bit of a ways away and you’ll climb stairs to the unit. They aren’t necessarily steep by European standards, but we Americans may not be used to them. The host was very good at communicating and his instructions on how to get there and gain access are very descriptive. He uses WhatsApp, so you’ll want to download that. Breakfast is at a local “bar” and we had a cappuccino and a delicious croissant. Typical Italian breakfast.

For breakfast, we were disappointed because we were poorly welcomed by an unpleasant waiter. I think there are other places closer that looked more welcoming.

Friendly host, near to the old town, charming area & nice properties.

The 9 given to the property is not a criticism, it is objective, because the stairs are a bit steep, but inevitable. Kindness and availability of the owner, remarkable.

I recommend it to everyone, you will feel great.

Excellent structure, very clean and especially located near the main attractions to see in old Bari. Very friendly and efficient host.

Excellent location, you are immersed in old Bari just steps away from the Norman Castle, the Cathedral of San Sabino, San Nicola, and the Bari waterfront. The room is beautiful and very well taken care of in the details, nothing is missing. Armando is always available and very organized.

The owner is available and the environment is clean.

Everything is perfect, the rooms are welcoming and clean, taken care of in every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center of Bari. The only note is that the breakfast in a nearby bar is scarce.

Excellent B&B.

Anna and Emerlia are very diligent before and after the occupation. Without a doubt, during the season, one can fully enjoy. Easy parking and access to parking near the historic center. Unbeatable price-quality ratio.

Very well located, owner available and attentive. Very clean and recently renovated apartment. Steep stairs to access it. Breakfast limited to a hot drink and a croissant in a café 200 meters away, so bed yes but not really breakfast.

A perfect day. Armando, the host, was fantastic! Precise in providing all the information about parking and arrival at the property, and very quick in responding to all our requests! The room was very simple but furnished with care, top cleanliness. Excellent location as it is close to parking and right in the historic center. Breakfast is served in a nearby place.

Armando was a great host. He was very helpful and very responsive. Breakfast at the bar was okay. The apartment was small but very clean and comfortable. The stairs were a little steep.

The structure is in an excellent position to visit the city and is located in a quiet and peaceful context. Highly recommended.

Great find in the heart of old town Bari. Clean, safe and close to all attractions. The host was extremely helpful with lots of suggestions to make our stay fun and memorable. Note: breakfast is coffee and a pastry at a bar close to the property. Great value for the area. It is not fancy, but the property is updated and provided all the basics to enjoy all Bari has to offer.

Absolutely loved this place, it was a perfect 2-night stay right in the heart of old town Bari. It was clean, and the owner was prompt to answer any questions. Breakfast was a free coffee and croissant at a local bakery.

Well renovated, clean structure located in the center of Old Bari. The rooms are not large but clean and functional. The owner is very helpful and courteous. It's a shame that for breakfast you have to go to a nearby bar, where the classic breakfast with croissants and cappuccino/coffee is served (usually in Atipico B&B breakfast is richer and more varied).

Cosy, cute, clean, comfortable, modern room. Atipico B&B is in Bari's old town, located on a quiet side street. Armando, the host, was attentive and very helpful. The included breakfast was located at a cafe a few minutes away, and was simple but delicious, croissant and coffee. Would gladly stay again on a subsequent visit to Bari.

New, clean, and well-furnished structure. Perfect for short stays. Located in the heart of old Bari, just steps away from the cathedral and the Swabian Castle. All services (shops, restaurants, shopping) are available in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast is served in a bar very close by. The manager was very clear with the instructions to reach the structure and do the self check-in, very kind and generous with advice.

My friend and I have just returned from an excellent 4-day stay in Bari. Our visit was enhanced by Atipico B&B. It had everything we needed and everything worked. It was in a perfect spot for the old town and the host was most welcoming. We recommend it absolutely. Frank & Sheena, UK.

Armando, the owner, is a good person and has visited Brazil a few times. He responds to all messages via WhatsApp quickly, speaks English and a little Spanish. Atipico B&B is located within the historic center of Bari and about 1km from Bari Centrale train station. The walk is mostly along a pedestrian street with excellent shops. The offered breakfast is simple (coffee + croissant) and quick, served at a nearby bar starting at 7:00, to be consumed at the counter or at the small tables on the sidewalk in front, if it's not raining.

Atypical B&B is a functional structure located in the old town of Bari, in a quiet and silent alley but a stone's throw from the main points of interest, as well as from bars and restaurants. The owner was very kind, providing me with precise directions to reach the accommodation and booking a taxi for the morning I left Bari. The cleanliness is also impeccable.

The structure is excellent, spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast, served in a nearby bar, is delicious! The owner is a very kind and helpful person. Absolutely recommended.

Location of the property is really great. Everything you want to taste and see in Bari is within walking distance from the property. It is located in the center of the old town, but still on a very quiet street. The host is great. Really helpful with excellent video instructions on how to reach the property and always available to assist you. In the room there was a map and a list of great local food destinations - focaccia, panzerotti, etc.

Everything was beautiful! Beautiful and very convenient location! Highly recommended! Good breakfast and a view of the castle, but unfortunately the seating was only outside and it was cold.

Good location in Atipico B&B, near the cathedral. We had the room on the upper floor, bit of a haul with luggage on the narrow stairway. The room was comfortable, quiet at night. Armando is a great host, very friendly and always accessible.

Nice, modern, very clean B&B in the center of the old town of Bari. Situated in a safe feeling alley, noises from outside can't disrupt your sleep.

Great place to spend a city break in Bari. The property was close to local restaurants, bars, although, during nights it was quiet. The room was clean and recently renovated. We enjoyed having Netflix.

Excellent structure, welcoming, well-furnished and with everything you need. Perfect cleanliness. Very kind, attentive and precise host. His directions to reach the structure were perfect! Excellent location in one of the most beautiful areas of Old Bari, a few meters from the Cathedral of San Sabino. Being in a closed street, the structure is very quiet despite being in a central area. Highly recommended.

Review of Atipico B&B and host Armando. Excellent accommodation in the old town of Bari Vecchia. Modern and quiet room. Wonderful, friendly host. Very central location, close to many shops & restaurants and close to the cathedral. The room was sparkling clean. We booked for three nights and we really enjoyed the place. Armando was a fantastic host. He helped us out with early arrival, moved our two heavy bags upstairs, and arranged for a taxi to the airport. We highly recommend Armando and Atipico B&B.

Ideal location to do everything on foot. Room that is not completely dark even with the curtain closed. Very clean and well-decorated. As for breakfast, it is an Italian breakfast, namely a drink and a pastry.

Armando is a truly exceptional host, always available, precise, and easygoing. The property is located in the center of Bari Vecchia but on a side street, which allows for a peaceful night's sleep. The room is just like in the photos, modern yet elegant. It's definitely worth the slightly above-average price paid, just a tad. If I were to return to Bari, I would certainly come back here.
