The apartment is located 30 meters from the station exit. Despite the condominium entrance not looking good due to old buildings, both the apartment and the room have been renovated. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable and equipped with a coffee machine with pods and packaged products. The bathroom and the chromatic shower are brand new. However, the real highlight is the warmth and availability of Mrs. Rosalia. Congratulations.

Come Lei ha sottolineato,il b&b è stato recentemente ristrutturato con occhio ai comfort che la contemporaneità offre: la doccia con i suoi led cangianti colorati,per offrire una piccola esperienza di relax,il lavabo di design,la TV a schermo molto grande,il materasso in memory foam..e poi la comodità dei prodotti dolciari e delle bevande (per la colazione e non solo) sempre a disposizione,in self-service sia nell'intimità della camera che nel corridoio, dove un microonde è a disposizione dei nostri ospiti. Il palazzo è invece dei primi anni 50 ,con la Sua comodissima posizione nel vecchio cuore della città. Varcare la soglia del portone e poi quella del nostro appartamento, consente di fare una sorta di breve "viaggio nel tempo", un po' come nel film "Ritorno al Futuro"! Io, Rosalia,ci tengo a ringraziarLa in modo particolare per le parole squisite che ha speso per me! Sono lieta si sia sentito così benvenuto! Heartwarming and family-like welcome from Mrs. Rosalia always smiling and very polite presented the beautiful and modern B&B, suggested how to move around and what to visit near Foggia. The room and the bathroom are newly renovated, and the cleanliness is at very high levels. Sanitary ware sanitized with packaging paper and glass without a speck, integrated Wi-Fi service and a very soft bed and breakfast included... 100++.

La mia "complicità" è consistita nel fornirLe tutte le informazioni sulla città di cui abbisognava in modo da facilitare i Suoi spostamenti in un posto nuovo: è un'attenzione che ho sempre! La posizione della struttura,a due passi dalla stazione ( come suggerisce il nome) dei treni,degli autobus e dei pullman inter- ed extra- regionali è appunto strategica! Al Suo arrivo, capii che aveva fretta e tante cose da fare: cercai di fare il possibile per ottimizzare il tempo ... E suddetta "complicità" è consistita nella flessibilità sull'orario di check-in: questa è una delle nostre caratteristiche di sempre,per venir incontro, il più possibile, alle esigenze dei nostri ospiti. All positive except for breakfast which, in my opinion, should be done in the structure as the owner of the bar below is a bit grumpy as the day before I paid one euro more for a juice and a croissant while the next day he asked me 1.50 telling me not to complain otherwise he would have made me pay the difference for the previous day. It's not about the money but about how he said it (kiwi bar).

We stayed here for just one night, by the way for an unplanned stop just a few hours before, but we had a great time. Arriving by train is very convenient because it's right in front of the FS station, for those with a car the problem may be the parking which is available but at a cost. The exterior of the structure is nothing special, a big building, the elevator to reach the sixth floor is a bit old, and especially if someone forgets to close the door on the top floor, you have to walk up to the 6th like it happened to us. Inside, however, the B&B is a spectacle! All new, clean and tidy! The room is not very spacious but equipped with various comforts such as a minibar, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, coffee machine with pods and biscuits! The hosts also provide you with some bottles of water. Fantastic for those like us who arrived late at night and didn't have time to go look for a place to buy it. The bathroom is beautiful: new and clean, equipped with several towels (small, face, and shower towel for a total of 3 each) and also a bath mat! I specify this because during our tour holiday in Puglia we noticed that many places provide max 2 towels each, no bath mat and often no hairdryer, while here there was. The shower with LED "chromotherapy" and mega vertical/horizontal shower head is simply fantastic. The stone sink is beautiful and different from the usual. Finally, they give you a voucher for a coffee/cappuccino and a croissant for breakfast at the bar opposite.. In reality, we had juice and brioche paying a very small difference.. On the evening of our arrival (after 10 pm) we went to eat at a grill restaurant right behind the building, Carboni Ardenti, very good, fair prices, excellent ingredients and friendly and welcoming staff, very convenient for our B&B. Overall, we were extremely happy with the choice of "A 2 Passi Da.." if we ever find ourselves in Foggia again, we will definitely come back!
