Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the departure it was really very good. Our host is a passionate person eager to satisfy his customers. If I come back to the area, I already have the address I will use. I highly recommend.

Best B&B I've ever stayed at. Very nice spacious room and very well equipped with a very modern and new bathroom. Very attentive host and a very complete buffet breakfast. Really nothing to improve. Everything is perfect.

Paolo, the host, is a great person. He did his best to give us a warm feeling. If the place was closer to La Spezia, it would have been perfect.

Highly recommended!

Extremely kind owners, the property is cared for in every detail. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect. The abundant breakfast is of high quality. I think it's the best b&b I have ever found!

Practically everything perfect. Carefully detailed with taste and efficiency. Impeccable cleanliness and many little treats for the guests. Breakfast super proportional to the size of the property, also maximum attention to details here. Mr. Paolo who welcomed us and followed us during the stay was friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area. Moreover, having a car, the location is not bad either.

Brand new structure and furnished with great taste. Exceptional services and extreme attention to detail. Maximum attention towards the customer. I reported being celiac and allergic to milk, and for breakfast I found everything, even homemade cakes by Martina's dad. What do you say, I was moved. A heartfelt thank you. We felt at home.

Ci trovavamo in zona, e ho fatto una richiesta all'ultimo minuto, sorprendente la velocità di risposta e la disponibilità. La sorpresa. B&B molto bello e curato in tutti i particolari, stanza molto confortevole, con una attenzione dei dettagli "da sogno". La colazione varia e completa di tutto quello che avresti voglia di trovare al mattino. Certamente da consigliare.

The location worked for me, but some may fine the road a little busy. Everything else was perfect. Very comfortable, immaculate, and could not be better.

Struttura accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, contesto tranquillo, in posizione strategica per visitare Sarzana, Cinque Terre, Lerici. E' gestito molto bene da Martina che sa come fare sentire bene i propri clienti, con molte accortezze per nulla scontate. Le foto che vengono mostrate rendono bene l'idea e sono reali non costruite ad arte. La camera era pulita, ordinata, molto spaziosa, con terrazzo, frigo bar, macchinetta per il caffè, tv, wifi, letto con materasso molto comodo e una doccia super! La colazione era super abbondante e per tutti i gusti, dolce/salato/senza glutine/vegano, paste fresche, torte fatte in casa, yogurt, cereali, macedonia di frutta, succhi naturali, insomma credo che più di così non si possa chiedere! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!
