Novatek Apartment - B&B is a very beautiful and functional structure. The staff was available for all our requests and needs. The facility is equipped with every necessary appliance for a comfortable stay. Its centralized location allowed us to make comfortable movements because it is close to the train station, but it allowed us to reach all the essential supermarkets on foot.

I stayed in a fantastic way.

Sibilla is super welcoming and super helpful! The structure is brand new (which is no small thing) and the breakfast is super abundant, with everything available and even a little extra compared to other places. Moreover, you feel at home and in full comfort and relaxation! The area is super convenient, with everything nearby, and the communal parking is super handy! I hope to come back soon.

I stayed in this apartment for just one night but I must say I have never seen a bed and breakfast so well-kept and clean. A new idea of bed and breakfast, especially suitable for families, to stay all together as if it were your own home. The breakfast is very abundant and there are many choices. Mrs. Sibilla is very kind and friendly. I will definitely come back!

I stayed for only one day but it was enough for me to appreciate the structure that was made available to me, in addition to the kindness and courtesy shown to us by the owners of Novatek Apartment - B&B. I really think I will return there as soon as I need to.

Comfortable and convenient structure, new and very clean! The owner very nice, helpful, we agreed on the arrival at the property in a collaborative and peaceful manner. We didn't miss anything, except for the single-portion Nutella for breakfast but super approved little apartment! Thank you, see you next time.

Chosen because it's 10 minutes away from SS Annunziata Hospital, located in an area with supermarkets, shops, and a pharmacy within a structure with parking.\nSibilla is a kind and helpful person, she makes you feel like you're at home.\nThe apartment is equipped with every comfort, tastefully renovated, with everything you need to the extent that it's a pleasure to live in it. Bright, detailed with a breakfast that will leave you satisfied.\nPlenty of choice among products from well-known Italian brands, possibility to use the kitchen and all its utensils.\nSweets and delicacies for all tastes. Rooms with balcony and bathroom of my room with a window.\nI won't hesitate to come back. Recommended!

The apartments are brand new, spacious, and well furnished. The interiors are clean and fragrant, as well as the sheets and towels. With the heat of these days, having air conditioners in all the rooms was very pleasant. Rich and abundant breakfast. In short, it's like being in your own home.

I stayed at this property for my son's wedding, and not being from the area, it was necessary to find accommodation. I must say we are speechless to describe the wonder we found.
