Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast with a plentiful breakfast, very much appreciated, and at the exit of the structure the entrance to the metro. The neighborhood is very commercial with numerous restaurants and a short walk from Ciampino airport.

The structure is very clean and well managed. Just a small note, despite having made the reservation for 3 people, I had to pay an extra 20€ compared to the initial price for the additional bed (10€ per night), which is very strange as the third person was included in the order I made.

Good location, cleanliness needs improvement.

The room is well furnished and spacious, including the bathroom. The kitchen is well organized with everything needed for breakfast: from the products offered to the small appliances for preparation. The mise en place was also adequate. In general, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

My partner and I stayed for two nights, and we had a really good time! This property is well managed, the owners, very young, were very welcoming and really kind! I recommend it to everyone!

From the entrance to the structure, a pleasant feeling until the end of the stay. The staff's welcome was very professional as well as in the management of everything else. As soon as you enter the apartment, you can feel a pleasant scent that accompanies you until the end of the vacation. The structure is well done even in the finishes. Comfortable beds, bathroom with good amenities, bright and complete with everything. Water, impeccable boiler. TV with all digital platforms. It is 15 minutes from Termini by metro, which (Subaugusta) line A is practically at the doorstep. The building with a very quiet and elegant doorman. Full breakfast. Nothing is missing at home. I was with my 14-year-old daughter who has already expressed the desire to come back here because she feels at home. The hosts are fantastic, a model family. Unique experience in many years.

I highly recommend booking a room at the Fellini apartment. Pure happiness. Cleanliness, calm, and comfort. The apartment has been completely renovated.\n\nI spent six nights in Rome. I found the perfect place to rest in a clean room, furnished with care and taste, extremely comfortable.\n\nIt wasn't my first time in Rome, and as always in Italy, I look for a room in a local's house for more comfort.\n\nThe room is located in an apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a recently renovated building, just outside Subaugusta metro station. This location is ideal for getting to the city center quickly (20 minutes) and provides the necessary distance to avoid the crowds of tourists in the city center. In fact, metro line A quickly serves Rome's main tourist attractions. Count 24 euros for the weekly Pass valid on the entire transport network of Rome. I didn't want to book in the city center to experience a different atmosphere in Rome. The B&B is located on Via Tuscolana, a very busy and typical street in Rome.\n\nThere are 4 rooms in the apartment (located at the back of a courtyard), all renovated, several bathrooms (private or shared), and a pleasant kitchen, always very clean and comfortable. Very positive point for the bed, with a firm, new mattress. There is a cleaning lady who comes every day.\n\nThe 4 rooms have all been consistently booked, showing that the B&B Fellini will meet your expectations.\n\nThe owners, Andrea & Alessia, live on another floor and are present every evening to organize breakfasts and exchange a few words with their guests. I thank them for their advice and attention. It is clear that they want to satisfy their guests to the fullest. I arrived at 2:30 pm and didn't have to wait: it was their daughter who welcomed me and allowed me quick access to the room.\n\nI greatly appreciated the restaurant and gelato recommendations. In the end, the days were full and filled with Italian gastronomy.\n\nFor my next stay in Rome, I will return without hesitation to the B&B Fellini. The train journey from Fiumicino airport to Termini station cost me 14 euros. Then metro to B&B Fellini (easy and direct journey), without having to drag the suitcase for long distances. Very appreciated for a big capital. 10/10.

I stayed at this brand-new property in March 2019. The host is polite, available for any requests and gives advice on how to easily move around to visit Rome. Comfortable, clean and convenient structure, located just a step away from the Subaugusta metro station, which allows you to reach the city center in a few stops. It also has a kitchen area where you can have breakfast in complete relaxation. I definitely recommend it!
