Building with a stately appearance, but upon entering, it smells of sewage, dirty and dilapidated rooms, dated and with salvaged pieces, taken from the flea market, electrical system not up to standard (dated around the 60s), dirty bathroom, bathroom furniture visibly salvaged from the dump, existing heating/air conditioning but not functioning, sewage discharge above the floor, hidden by a plasterboard covering. Recommended by Mr. Luciano as close to Rizzoli, but in fact not accessible on foot, parking also recommended as free by the manager and instead paid, several people have received fines. The photos on the website do not correspond to reality.

vedo che lei una grande fantasia , sia il riscaldamento aria condizionata , veda la leggie prima di parlare , il riscaldamento
solo dal 15/10/2022 centrallizato, laria condizionata con 8/gradi al mattino mi sembra che lei vuole solo fare polemiche,
meglio che eviti queste sternazioni , false in competente .
la residenza più camere certo non sono tutte uguali ,
noi ospitiamo persone che vanno in ospedale , per tanto la pulizia eccellente ,
forse lei si riferiva casa sua non pulito.
