The warmth and kind hospitality of the lady, her close and never intrusive presence, the welcoming, warm, clean and comfortable environments make one perceive her sincere desire to make the guests feel good. The breakfast rich in fresh products and in general the atmosphere that is breathed help to alleviate the hardships of being away from home. Something we can only thank infinitely.

What can I say, the whole environment is new, very clean, and tastefully furnished. We also found fresh flowers on the bedside tables and in the bathroom. Maximum availability and courtesy, we were even driven by car to the port to embark. For breakfast, we ate fresh croissants, delicious and coffee, we didn't have anything else to avoid possible seasickness, and for this reason, it wasn't even charged. Well-kept and welcoming B&B. Room is too cute. Very close to the station and the center. The owner is a very kind person. I stayed for one night because I had to leave for the Tremiti Islands and in the morning she was so kind to accompany me to the ferry terminal. If I pass by that area again, that's where I'll stop. Great hospitality and friendliness, in a newly renovated facility with all the comforts and beautiful furnishings; surprising details. It is not in the cheapest range, but the quality more than compensates for the average cost (there is no comparison). Family-like and attentive personality, available to needs (the lady "cares": she couldn't resign herself to skipping breakfast, even though it wasn't expected). We were extremely happy with the need for only overnight stay, for the tranquility of the building (the palace and the neighborhood should not deceive) and for the still strategic location (you can walk all around Termoli). Thank you.

The structure is brand new, carefully furnished and quiet, a 10-minute walk from the center. Also very convenient to reach the port from which ferries depart for Tremiti, where Mrs. Filomena accompanied us and came to pick us up. We recommend it, we will definitely come back.

Filomena is a fantastic host, the rooms and bathroom are lovingly decorated down to the smallest detail. The fridge is full of drinks and fresh fruit, in the morning there is homemade cake. We felt very comfortable, we will gladly come back.

The structure is close to the station and a few minutes from the center of Termoli. It's really relaxing to stay there, especially for its location and above all for the kindness of the landlady. It makes you feel comfortable, she is very helpful even more than necessary. The breakfast is plentiful and sublime. There is everything and especially the homemade cakes are super delicious. I will be back as soon as possible.

La camera e la struttura sono pulite e complete di tutti i servizi, la colazione è ottima e abbondante, la posizione perfetta, vicina sia ala stazione che al centro. Filomena è gentilissima e disponibilissima, abbiamo avuto molto piacere a chiacchierare con lei, ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. La consigliamo a tutti, da tornare!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa bellissima casa bomboniera. È situata a due passi dalla stazione, vicino al centro e al mare. Appena ristrutturata, piena di fiori e colori, bellissima e comodissima in tutti i sensi. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dalla cordialità e gentilezza della signora Filomena. Grazie vivamente per tutte le cose offerte e per averci accompagnati a Vasto. Frigo pieno di frutta, yogurt, bevande, ecc. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La struttura è situata a pochi passi dal centro, dal mare e dalla stazione, perciò è comodissima. Le camere sono comode, curate, pulite ed impeccabili. Un clima accogliente e piacevolissimo, la proprietaria è ospitale, sempre disponibile, premurosa e gentile. Mi ha accolta facendomi sentire sempre a mio agio mettendosi sempre a disposizione. Consiglio vivamente di visitare Termoli e di alloggiare al B&B Già Sera.

Una delle migliori cose del nostro viaggio in Molise. La proprietaria ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio dal primo all'ultimo momento, pulizia da 10 e lode, così come il design del B&B; tutto, fin nei minimi particolari, è stato perfetto. Ho soggiornato una sola notte in questa struttura e la consiglio assolutamente per visitare la piccola ma deliziosa cittadina di Termoli. Cosa dire? Impeccabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, molto bello, dotato di due stanze estremamente pulite e arredate in maniera carinissima, con cura del dettaglio e buon gusto. Il punto forte è sicuramente la gentilezza e premura della proprietaria che ti accoglie in casa come un parente o un amico caro. Super consigliato!
