Even with my second, very spontaneous request, we were warmly welcomed and every effort was made to make us feel completely comfortable. The apartment is very modern, well-kept, and super clean. Lucia and her husband are so warm - you just have to feel comfortable. For breakfast, everything one could wish for was offered, no wish remained unfulfilled.

The breakfast is excessively rich. The location is quiet and you can easily visit cities, reach the beaches, and relax in nature. It was a very nice time.

The structure is nice and clean, with a beautiful garden patio for breakfast. It is located in a quiet countryside area, with corn, soybean, and vine plantations. It is a half-hour drive from Mestre station, ideal for visiting Venice. \n\nMrs. Lucia is the perfect host, caring and welcoming, who spoils her guests. I recommend this B&B to all lovers of tranquility and, despite this, it is a stone's throw from the Venetian seaside areas, such as Caorle and Jesolo.

Pleasant short vacation, from a strategic location that allowed us to visit part of the province of Treviso and also the province of Venice. Kind and caring host, never failed to provide us with news and directions to visit absolutely interesting places. We also took part in the village festival with an interesting discovery for local food. We will come back to try everything we couldn't grasp this time.

Great experience; Mrs. Lucia very kind, caring and sent us links for information on walks, cycle paths and trains to Venice and the lagoon. The accommodation is extremely clean and the breakfast plentiful and good. All accompanied by the presence of many lovely little cats.

We stayed with 3 people for one night. At the reception, everything was explained very well to us and the keys were handed over. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the bathroom is also warm and very clean. Outside there is a large garden surrounded by plants to enjoy in warmer periods. Convenient private parking with a gate. Breakfast as agreed. All accompanied by a lot of kindness and passion from the owners, always available for any eventuality, and an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. We were very happy and will definitely return soon.

I was warmly welcomed by Lucia, even though she and her family had an appointment and were not at home, they saw me walking down their street and immediately came back to accommodate me. The B&B Bella Piave is located on a quiet street and convenient to the station with the possibility of taking a direct train to Venice. We cannot speak highly enough of our hosts Lucia and Paulo and Bella Piave B&B. Their hospitality was the best we experienced during our time at several different locations across Italy. From the warm welcome, great conversation (and the Prosecco!), to the excellent and filling breakfast in the wonderful outdoor peaceful setting, combined with a great breakfast chat, we highly recommend Bella Piave and would not hesitate in returning if we get back to Italy.

We were warmly welcomed at the B&B Bella Piave by the owner Lucia and her family. The accommodation is very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet is very rich and with fresh products from the region. The B&B is conveniently located in a quiet area. Excursions to Venice can be easily done by train from the Fossalta di Piave station, parking is free. Jesolo and Caorle (beautiful old town) are not too far away for outings or beach holidays. Bikes can be rented for free and, with all the bike paths in the area, it's very relaxing. There is also a 9 km Nordic Walking route along the Piave, very well signposted. For more excursion tips, Lucia is always available. We will come back, Renata and André.

My husband and I stayed only one night passing through this B&B Bella Piave but we had a great time. The spaces are large, new, and extremely clean; the B&B has a spacious and peaceful garden, it's a pleasure to have breakfast there when the weather is nice. The owners are very kind, friendly, and hospitable, it's a pleasure to chat with them. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely come back when we are in the area again!

We chose this B&B as a base for excursions in the area, we found a wonderful place, immersed in greenery, in the silence that we miss so much in the city. The rooms are simply furnished but nothing is missing, bright, well air-conditioned but above all spotlessly clean! Breakfast is served in the patio, there is a lot of choice and above all abundance. And then there is her, the true heart of the B&B, Mrs. Lucia, kind, always more than available, always ready to meet you, almost maternal. It was a beautiful stay. Highly recommended.

We booked this B&B for our Transalpine Hiking Tour from Munich to Venice. It is located directly on the route, so you don't have to take a detour. The B&B was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed to recover well from the demanding daily tours. Moreover, the breakfast was plentiful and good, of course! Lucia, the hostess, was really nice and friendly to us. She made our stay as pleasant as possible and was always there when we had a question or needed anything. You can tell she runs her business with passion! All in all, it was a really nice stay and I can only recommend her B&B. I would come back here anytime.

After over a year of Covid, we ended up at Lucia's place. It was the holiday we were expecting. A very clean house, with a quiet and wonderfully large garden. Pure relaxation! Lucia took care of us lovingly and gave us many valuable tips for excursions. There are many of them, as the place is very suitable for day trips. For example, 20 minutes by train to Venice. Even a walk along the Piave River was very romantic. We are very much looking forward to coming back and exploring the area further.

This was the nicest Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. It's situated 5 minutes from the small town center of Fossalta di Piave, a beautiful walk. It is quiet, private and the owner is extremely hospitable making sure all your needs are attended to. The rooms are big and akin to a 5 star hotel room. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to the Veneto area period!

Cordialità, disponibilità e pulizia sono le caratteristiche che ti colpiscono. Ma il confort e la golosa ed abbondante colazione non sono certo da meno. La titolare è gentilissima ed estremamente premurosa e si adopera per farti apprezzare il soggiorno e darti informazioni su cosa poter vedere nella zona con consigli cartine e preziose indicazioni. La quiete ed il giardino tenuto molto bene fanno del soggiorno un vero momento di totale relax.

Siamo stati 3 notti con i nostri figli che hanno subito fatto amicizia con figlio del gestore. Eravamo in famiglia proprio come a casa, persone eccezionali, tutto ottimo alloggio, colazione e pulizia. Cortesia e amicizia sono gli ingredienti!

Esperienza sublime. L'accuratezza e la dolcezza della proprietaria Lucia che ci ha accompagnati nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B Bella Piave ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Wir waren auf der Radroute München - Venezia unterwegs. Von dieser ist es nur ein kurzer Weg durch Fosslata zu diesem wunderbaren B&B. Wir wurden von Lucia und ihrer Familie unglaublich nett empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Lucia hat uns eine gute Pizzaria in Laufweite empfohlen. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und behalten ihn für immer in sehr guter Erinnerung.

Breve soggiorno in coppia. Struttura nuova, molto in ordine e pulita. Spigliata e capace nel proprio lavoro la proprietaria, disponibile ed attento alle esigenze il marito. Noi viaggiamo in moto e la struttura offre parcheggio coperto, quindi consigliata a chi viaggia in moto o bici. Ci hanno ben consigliato sia sulle attività da fare in zona che dove mangiare (capendo le nostre aspettative). Nel complesso esperienza molto buona. Struttura che ci sentiamo di consigliare.

Io e mio marito con i nostri tre figli (12, 10 e 5 anni) abbiamo soggiornato per alcune notti nel B&B Bella Piave e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Abbiamo avuto due camere e un bagno tutti per noi: i locali sono spaziosi e ben curati con gusto nel dettaglio. Ogni mattino ci aspettava una colazione variegata, buona e abbondante. I proprietari, Lucia e Paolo, sono due splendide persone, di quelle che ti entrano nel cuore e che ti fanno sentire a casa: Lucia, che parla diverse lingue, è disponibilissima e appassionata del suo lavoro, del territorio, della cultura e della natura e ci ha consigliati ampiamente sulle varie possibilità locali; Paolo, suo marito, è stato altrettanto disponibile, addirittura aspettandoci sveglio fino a notte in una serata in cui abbiamo avuto dei problemi fuori casa; infine, Marco, loro figlio, simpaticissimo compagno di giochi dei nostri figli nel grande giardino attrezzato a disposizione anche degli ospiti! Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa! Infine, la location è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Venezia, che si può raggiungere direttamente da Fossalta comodamente in treno!
