Perfect for a short visit to Venice. Location made getting everywhere easy. Apartment was sparkling clean with a comfortable bed and linens. Niccos was very helpful with advice on what to see and how to get around via the waterbus. The square at the location was very lively with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within steps. Just a very short walk to St Marks. It was easy to find Leoncini our first night from the waterbus (10 minute walk). Access instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Nikos was a brilliant host. Great communication and clear instructions on how to locate accommodation. Everything was as expected. Price was very good. Location perfect. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this accommodation.

Had a wonderful stay at Leoncini! Host was always very responsive to my many questions. He gave excellent directions for getting to the property. The apartment was very nice, large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra linens. kithcen was well equipped and even had a couple of bottles of wine that you could purchase that were very good. Nikos even set up an additional bed for us when our daughter was able to join us for a couple of day on short notice. Location was great and on a quite canal that had gondolas going by. The location was quite. Could not have ask for a better place.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Venice. This B&B is right next to the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop as well as Piazza San Marco. From the door, the street spills into a wonderful square with a coffee shop/bar for morning espresso and a top-notch cicchetti place for an aperitivo in the early evening. The square is surrounded by streets with everything you can imagine in all directions. In sum, the location is golden. The apartment itself is incredibly well appointed and comfortable -- best sleep we had in Italy! The kitchen is super handy, and the bathroom is spacious with a really nice shower. Nikos is the perfect host. He made sure we felt welcome and had a fool-proof way of checking in and checking out, with super clear instructions on how to get there from the train station. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Venice!

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed. Quiet, very clean, we had live music from the gondolas on the canal, under our windows, one evening. Very good communication with Nikos. Close to everything, easy access. I could not believe how easy was the connection from Treviso airport. In front of the airport (free internet) Barzi bus (clean, fast, 10e one way, ticket from the stand in front of the airport, cash or card) till Tronchetto, from there Vaporetto 2 (9. 5 e, on board, cash or card) till San Zacaria and 2 min by foot to Leoncini. Back, because we had time, small luggage and it was early in the morning, we walked from the apartment to the railway station (Ferrovia) trough Cannaregio. From Santa Lucia, 3. 8 e train to Treviso Centrale. In Treviso, 4 e biglietto turistico valid 48 h, on every bus including to the airport (bus6 or Airlink), from the offices across the railway station, and we visited Treviso. In a nutshell, stay in Venice (do not waste your time looking for a hotel in Mestre, like they say), you can't find a better deal than B&B Leoncini.

Lovely apartment in a great area.

The apartment was perfect for us - airy and spacious, and very central (5mins walk to St. Mark's suqare), yet quiet at night with shutters closed. It had a lot of atmosphere and charm, being two floors up, overlooking a canal. We watched gondolas floating past with people singing and playing accordians. Nikos our host, was very friendly and helpful - he met us as his family hotel around the corner and took us to the apartment. Thanks Nikos, we had a great time, and hope to return to beautiful Venice some day. Anna & Dave.

Desde o primeiro contato, tudo fluiu com o time Leoncini: agilidade, presteza, simpatia, o espaço é melhor pessolamente do que nas fotos. Excelente localização, muito limpo, espaçoso. Adoramos nossa estada !

Nuestra estancia en b&b Leoncini (Apto Mori) fue perfecta: Apartamento muy amplio, decorado con gusto (es más bonito que en las fotos) con todos los detalles para hacer la estancia cómoda, a pesar de estar al lado de una plaza bulliciosa es muy silencioso. Las ventanas tienen un canal por donde pasan las góndolas ¡¡¡A 5 min de la Plaza de San Marcos! Nikos es un gran anfitrión, atento y muy amable Muy recomendable!

Una struttura che permette la totale autonomia nella gestione del proprio soggiorno, comodissima alla visita alla città ma anche ai trasferimenti in vaporetto. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile alle richieste. Consigliato.

Ottimo B e B, pulito, in zona tranquilla e comodo a tutto. Gestore gentile simpatico e disponibile. Ci andrò, di sicuro, nuovamente nel mio prossimo soggiorno a Venezia.

Che dire, host disponibilissimi, struttura pulita, silenziosa e accogliente, a due passi da Piazza San Marco e Palazzo Ducale, super consigliata, non idonea per chi ha seri problemi a deambulare.

La struttura in se per se era carina, ma l’entrata e le scale sono davvero da dimenticare. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile così come la sorella. La casa era davvero a pochi metri da Piazza San Marco. Insomma era tutto perfetto se non fosse per l’entrata con ammesse scale.

Sembra banale ma è l'ottimo scolo nella doccia che apprezzo di più! Troppo spesso in giro per l'Italia si deve fare la doccia con i piedi immersi nell'acqua per il lento defluire dell'acqua.

Tutto perfetto. Gli appartamenti sono situati in centro e il prezzo è stato piacevolmente sorpreso. Tutto è nelle vicinanze, il che ha permesso di risparmiare molto tempo negli spostamenti. Gli appartamenti sono molto curati e puliti, i proprietari sono gentili e pronti a dare tutte le informazioni e l'assistenza necessarie. Siamo rimasti molto, molto soddisfatti. Grazie per il comfort.
