Very kind managers, ideal location for walking around the historic center, rich and quality breakfast.

The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk from the center. The rooms are spacious and clean. The owner is precise and friendly and ready to give great advice for visiting and getting to know Palermo.

Simple accommodation, yet everything you need is provided: shower and hair cleaning products, hairdryer, facial cleansing utensils, 3 towels, complimentary water and small snacks in the hallway, small fridge in the room. Very nice and attentive operators, trying to fulfill all wishes and providing a lot of tips on what to do in Palermo. Rich breakfast with many small typical Sicilian sweet delicacies, fruit, nuts, pistachios, muesli, tea, various coffee specialties. Food intolerances are taken into account. Close to the Central Station and the bus station. Room 1 facing Via Roma has insulated windows, the other rooms facing the side street have single-glazed windows, so it's better to have earplugs with you. You are right in the center and on weekends the Kalsa district is THE party mile for young people.

Dario and Giusi are extremely hospitable and friendly. The environment is very welcoming and clean, the breakfast is excellent. Additionally, the location is central.

B&B in a run-down building, old and uninviting elevator, unfortunately being on the fifth floor made its use inevitable. Old and discolored internal doors, not at all sound-absorbing, so a noisy environment every time a guest returned during the night or laughed at breakfast, which woke me up over and over again after a day that started at 4 in the morning the day before. Good breakfast on the first day, on the second day there was no one there so I made myself a coffee and left hungry, but before leaving, after waiting 15 minutes for breakfast and going back and forth from the bathroom, external to the room (my mistake for booking it) to make myself heard, the owner came out just to get paid as I was leaving in a hurry to go to the airport (of course I had left the credit card at the time of booking). Finally, the receipt was a photo sent via WhatsApp of a handwritten receipt (I hope to be reimbursed by the company that will not benefit from it fiscally). To be avoided like the plague, the owner seems kind, but the shortcomings are too many.

BnB perfectly located near the railway station and city center (old town), not many rooms so not crowded, very good quality/price ratio, excellent breakfast, we had a room on the side (not much noise), very comfortable bed, but private external bathroom (good), host and staff very friendly and helpful - for us a very good choice!

Excellent structure in an ideal location to visit Palermo. Perfect host from every point of view.

B&B 5 minutes from Palermo's central station, basically you're already in the city's historic center. The only drawback is that you don't have a bathroom in the room but in the corridor, however, the bathroom is exclusively reserved for your room.

The Bed & Breakfast is very close to the station and also convenient for visiting Palermo, but at the same time secluded from overly confusing areas. The structure is welcoming and comfortable, the room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the private bathroom and the only small downside is the shower: a bit small. Breakfast in the common room is definitely pleasant and abundant (hot / cold drinks, sweets, fruit, savory, etc.), a convivial environment to take advantage of the valuable advice from Dario and Giusy and have a chat (if desired). We had a great time! Dario and Giusy truly offer added value to the typical stay by turning it into a comprehensive hospitality experience.

What more could you ask for?! Just 3 nights were enough to feel at home. Kindness, hospitality, and professionalism reside here, embodied by Dario and Giusy. Truly unique hosts! We will definitely come back to Palermo and this accommodation.

Great structure for visiting Palermo; a stone's throw from the center and the train station for those arriving by train, we were in a car and the manager also kindly provided us with parking as special days in Palermo, for a music event. Large room, comfortable bed, super breakfast with quality products, very friendly staff, strategic location. Excellent value for money.

Well-kept and clean room. Cozy breakfast room. Very polite and helpful manager. Very varied breakfast. Central location, a few steps from the train station. I recommend it!

The stay at the B&B Novecento went very well. It is located in the city center just a short walk from the most important sites. The rooms are spacious and very clean but certainly the welcome and the smiles represent the added value of this property. Marcello, Dario, and Giusy, with practical advice and pleasant chats, pamper you with a plentiful, fresh, and delicious breakfast served at the common table that I particularly appreciated. Everything was perfect! Dario was very warm and the room is superbly located to do everything on foot and close to the train/bus station, which was very important for us. The breakfast was excellent, both sweet and savory.

Posizione comoda, vicina a tutto. Il gestore, Dario, persona squisita ci ha sempre dato ottimi consigli e prepara personalmente un’ottima granita.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene per un breve soggiorno a Palermo in questo comodo Bed and Breakfast. Colazione curata e abbondante e posizione strategica per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro storico. Il gestore Dario è stato molto disponibile anche nel fornirci informazioni su cosa vedere.

I highly recommend Novecento. It is ideally positionned. Everything in Palermo city center is within walking distance so that you can enjoy the visits, restaurants, etc.. Dario was a great host! He gave us nice suggestions. The breakfast was also really good and with a lot of choices.

Ho soggiornato in una camera doppia con bagno privato esterno. La struttura è in un palazzo non nuovo con la vecchia pavimentazione e con i tetti alti, ma ciò non ne pregiudica la bellezza e la comodità. Valore aggiunto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig Dario.

Ambiente familiare. Ottima accoglienza. Posizione centrale e molto comoda sia per visitare la città che per i collegamenti con aeroporto e treni. Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Una piacevole esperienza.

B&B accogliente e dal "profumo" tipico di Sicilia. Dario il gestore è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. La colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi di stagione é sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. Camere ordinate e letto comodo, bagno piccolo pulito e ben servito. Consigliato!

Consiglio questa struttura per due motivi: 1) la posizione - si raggiungono comodamente a piedi molti siti d'interesse storico e culturale 2) il gestore - Dario è una persona squisita, con un'attenzione particolare all'ecologia e lo si nota chiaramente nel modo in cui gestisce il suo B&B.

È veramente piacevole e utile la conversazione con Dario. Ottima la posizione. La camera spaziosa e arredata in stile Novecento. Il bagno moderno e funzionale. Da ritornare, anzi, c'ero già stata 8 anni fa.

Die Unterkunft liegt in sehr günstiger Position für den Besuch vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß und in der unmittelbaren Nähe von der Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen und nach Monfalcone. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Der Wirt ist höflich und bietet sehr gerne nützliche Informationen für den Stadtbesuch. Die frieschen Zutaten für das Frühstück kommen aus der nähen Markt Ballarò.

Un'accoglienza coi fiocchi da parte di Dario, che non solo è un ospite premuroso e disponibile, ma propone anche ottimi consigli ed una colazione da sogno! Ottima l'ubicazione, e se siamo sì al centro, il B&B è al quinto piano, quindi il rumore della città non è troppo da temere: è percettibile, ma non disturba. Insomma, consigliatissimo!

Our group of four stayed at Novecento twice, to either side of a trip into country Sicily. As we used only buses and trains, the location was excellent, only ten minutes walk from the Palermo transport hub. It transpired that our local planned activities of a guided walk and bike ride were also a 15 minute walk. Good eating precincts and a supermarket also nearby. The rooms were comfortable. Dario was a most attentive host, and ably assisted with enquiries and a couple of small requests.

Very nice B&B. Perfect location in the old city of Palermo. Quiet and fine room.

Tutto molto buono.

La posizione della struttura offre il vantaggio di spostarsi a piedi per visitare la maggior parte della città. Per gli spostamenti a Montella, le catacombe dei cappuccini, il Santuario di Santa Rosalia c'è un bus nelle vicinanza, mentre per Monreale un bus vicino la stazione dove fa stazionamento anche il bus che va all'aeroporto. Il gestore è una persona squisita dotato di cordialità e simpatia: pronto per qualsiasi esigenza offre suggerimenti chiari per un buon soggiorno. Prepara personalmente una ricca colazione e, se si ha voglia di chiacchierare è un buon interlocutore. Consiglierò la struttura alle mie amiche.

Ambiente accogliente e familiare per un B&B posizionato nel luogo migliore per visitare Palermo e dintorni.

Super adresse à deux pas de la gare (où arrive le bus de l'aéroport) en plein centre ville de Palerme où nous avons pu visiter la ville à pieds. L'immeuble, l'appartement et les chambres sont charmants. Les salles de bain privatives sont en face des chambres mais ce n'est vraiment pas un problème ! Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux (yaourt et gâteaux maisons, fruits frais, fruits secs, jus d'orange frais..de bons produits bio et locaux mum !) Je vous recommande cette très bonne adresse !

Esperienza di soggiorno eccezionalmente accogliente, merito indiscusso del gestore, in posizione tale da poter visitare agevolmente molti posti di rilevanza storica/architettonica e culturale della splendida città di Palermo. Preziosi e sempre seguiti i consigli del gestore, profondo conoscitore dei valori della città ed entusiasta del suo compito di accoglienza degli ospiti. Fascinosa la cornice della struttura ricavata in uno splendido appartamento di fine '800 che ha conservato tutti i pregi dell'epoca e offrendo, allo stesso tempo, servizi di prim'ordine. Consiglierò gli amici di usufruire, nei loro prossimi viaggi, di questa esperienza e mia moglie ed io cercheremo sicuramente di tornare. Dario fue muy amable en todo momento y nos resolvió todas nuestras dudas.

B&B Novecento è praticamente il luogo perfetto per un passaggio a Palermo. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e di grande fascino. Dario è gentilissimo e disponibile, la colazione ricchissima e preparata in casa dallo stesso Dario, molto attento anche a problemi di intolleranze alimentari. Disseminati per tutta la casa troverete libri e guide su Palermo che rendono ancora più speciale il soggiorno. Dario è prodigo di consigli e indicazioni sulla città, molto attento e discreto. Torneremo al B&B Novecento ogni volta che se ne presenterà l'occasione. Grazie Dario!

Io e fidanzata siamo stati 3 notti; pulito, confortevole, con aria condizionata, e nota importante e spesso tralasciata: materasso comodissimo! colazione d'autore, dalla granita artigianale siciliana alla crostata fresca fatta in casa, tutto o quasi vorreste trovare al vostro risveglio a Palermo in vacanza:) la posizione è molto centrale in Via Roma ed è ottima sia per arrivare in auto che per raggiungere i diversi punti della città a piedi. Dario, padrone di casa disponibile e gentile, attento a dare le giuste indicazioni e ragguagli sul "cosa e dove", nonché cenni interessanti sulla sua Palermo. direi consigliato:).

All'arrivo bisogna fare attenzione perché la targa è molto piccola ma il proprietario lavora solo su prenotazione, il che non guasta! Abbiamo soggiornato in una comoda camera tripla e ho apprezzato che il terzo letto non fosse una branda. Pulita con i classici mobili della nonna. Comodi i fili per stendere. L'affaccio niente di che ma a Palermo non mi interessava più di tanto e comunque si vedeva una delle tante cupole delle Chiese di Palermo. Presente anche aria condizionata. Avevamo Il bagno in camera, pulito con saponi sia per la doccia che per le mani (fa piacere trovarne anche se si hanno i propri). Ovviamente con phon. Colazione ben servita: dal classico caffè, al cappuccino, ai succhi. Frutta fresca e frutta secca. Marmellate varie. La crostata, la granita e il pane tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa dal gentilissimo padrone di casa che ovviamente a colazione il primo giorno con tanto di cartina ci ha fornito utili informazioni per girare e visitare la città. Vicino c'è un parcheggio raggiungibile a piedi non è convenzionato ma girando a piedi noi abbiamo voluto lasciarla al chiuso e soprattutto al fresco! Per cenare, se si vuole rimanere vicino alla struttura, ci sono due ristoranti da provare assolutamente! Insomma sì, ci tornerei volentieri!

Il bed&breakfast Novecento si trova nelle immediate vicinanze della stazione di Palermo dove si può prendere la navetta per l'aeroporto. L'immobile sorge in una delle strade principali del centro ed è possibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Gli ambienti sono belli, puliti ed eleganti. In ogni stanza non manca l'aria condizionata e il bagno privato si trova esattamente di fronte. Il signor Dario, gestore della struttura, è cordiale e presente senza mai essere invadente e pronto a consigliare i suoi clienti. La colazione con frutta fresca, mandorle e granita è la ciliegina sulla torta.

We had a very lovely stay at Novecento. The hotel is just a short walk from the main station and very easy to find. The rooms are tastefully furnished and clean. As well as the bathrooms. The breakfast is fresh and simply the best in Palermo. And in Dario you'll find the nicest and most helpful host you can imagine. Thanks again. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this place.

Dario is the best host we have ever had. Not only did he run a wonderful establishment but he helped negotiate the internet to buy us concert tickets and provided a wonderful organic breakfast. We shared breakfast together and with other guests and had a wide choice. The rooms were quiet and the bathroom was directly opposite but one was reserved for each room. The lift to the 5th floor was in good order and we had a small balcony to observe the bustling Palermo.

He is a very nice man who took the time to make suggestions of where to go in and around Palermo, served us an amazing breakfast, and his B&B is a great centrally located place in the heart of the city. We would definitely stay there again. He makes a great melon granito! Highly recommended.

Il B&B Novecento è una struttura confortevole che ha un punto di forza nel suo proprietario. Dario, vi accoglierà con il suo sorriso solare che ritroverete anche al mattino davanti ad una colazione genuina e varia, ricca di prodotti preparati da lui (dalla crostata alla granita, dallo yogurt alla spremuta). Volendo, vi aiuterà a definire un vostro itinerario turistico che vi consentirà di non tralasciare alcun luogo di interesse artistico, culturale ed enogastronomico della città e del circondario. Gli asciugamani cambiati spesso e la camera rassettata quotidianamente aggiungono qualità al servizio. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, il B&B è ben servito dai mezzi urbani ed extraurbani. Insomma, un posto che definirei Impagabile, perché il sorriso non hanno prezzo.

I recently booked a room here for 6 nights and couldn't have been more happier. Dario is an excellent host and adds extra home-made touches to the breakfast in the a. m. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, and I felt very safe staying here. Dario made great recommendations for restaurants and locations to visit. Wi-Fi is free and there is an elevator to take you to the 5th floor. Dario was able to book reliable transportation to and from the airport, as well as, during my stay there. I highly recommend this B&B. Thanks for the warm hospitality Dario!

The establishment was very central to main city attractions. The room was well appointed with a stimulating view over the main street from the small balcony, host Dario very obliging and X7Phelpful concerning the accommodations and volunteered good information concerning the sights of the city. The bathroom was down the corridor but quite satisfactory. Breakfast was a delightful start to the day; good choice of cereals, lovely selection of fresh fruits, and tasty home made jams yoghurt and baking. Highly recommended.
