Pleasant accommodation with multiple rooms and a kitchen for use. Very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very friendly and personally welcomed us. The accommodation is slightly outside the city center of Bologna, but easily accessible by public transport or on foot. A parking space is also available.

Very convenient for those who need to go to the Laura clinic in Bologna. Quiet place, easy to find, well served by means of transport, train included. Surrounded by many commercial activities, including supermarkets. Still recommended.

Recommended. Excellent. Optimal location 20 minutes from the center of Bologna by car; reserved parking space. Very clean, spacious, and livable apartment. Large and bright rooms. The owner is very kind and attentive. Around there are supermarket, shops, pubs, and a pharmacy.

I stayed at Residenza Mazzini on 3/4 July 2022 for health reasons and fully agree with the positive reviews. Spacious, Comfortable, Clean, in a semi-Central Well-Served location, equipped with every comfort. The availability and courtesy of Mr. Fulvio are appreciable; it will now be my reference point whenever I have to return to Bologna. Recommended.

We chose the structure because I had to do an intervention at the nearby Villa Laura. We chose very well: welcoming, clean, well served by public transport, a supermarket at the entrance of the street, very kind and helpful owner. Thank you very much Fulvio.

I stayed at Residenza Mazzini for two nights at the end of May. The apartment (matches the pictures) was clean, very spacious, modern, and complete with everything needed for the stay. The owner Fulvio is kind and helpful, even by phone, he responds immediately to any need. Due to an unexpected event, I requested to extend my stay for a third night at the last minute. Despite my short notice, Fulvio promptly helped me. I highly recommend the apartment!

Arrivo sabato sera, accoglienza di Fulvio che da subito fa trasparire la sua disponibilità. La casa è pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e silenziosa. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla tangenziale con posto auto interno.

Residenza ristrutturata, molto pulita, dotata dei comfort primari, molto comoda sia per la sua ubicazione che per la possibilità di poterne usufruire in piena libertà. È molto vicina al centro e, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano: un Superstore, forno, esercizi pubblici e di shopping vari; poste, strutture sanitarie e la stazione delle ferrovie dello stato. Inoltre è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Molto comodo il parcheggio di pertinenza, all'aperto, recintato. Fulvio, il proprietario, è molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle vari esigenze, non trascurando il minimo dettaglio sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Consigliata!

Appartamento nuovo e funzionale, perfettamente pulito. Gentilissimo il proprietario. Posizione vicina alla struttura sanitaria presso la quale dovevo affrontare l'intervento. Un unico consiglio: sarebbe utile un bollitore con the o tisane, in aggiunta alla comoda macchina per il caffè, non avendo valide strutture per la colazione nelle vicinanza.

Ho trovato la struttura molto ben arredata, ben pulita con tutti i confort e molto gentile anche il gestore. Io la consiglio.

Residenza completamente ristrutturata, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e molto funzionale sia all'interno che per l'ubicazione molto vicina al centro, varie strutture sanitarie, shopping e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo il parcheggio all'aperto, recintato. Abbiamo soggiornato circa una settimana ed è ideale per famiglie. Fulvio, il proprietario, è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e molto attento alle nostre esigenze, non trascurando il minimo dettaglio dall'arrivo alla partenza. Davvero un soggiorno in pieno relax in una struttura perfetta!

Ottima soluzione per le famiglie, appartamento curato e pulito si trova in una posizione ideale per i vari spostamenti. Non da poco il parcheggio a disposizione!
