Valeria was kind and super helpful. The bed and breakfast is located on the third floor with an elevator in a rather old building, but on the main street, right in the center and very close to bus stops. Inside, there is a well renovated and tastefully furnished apartment with beautiful vintage furniture. Throughout the day, the kitchen is set up for breakfast, and there is also a coffee machine, sink, fridge (with convenient containers dedicated to each room), and a microwave available. The room I stayed in, with an en-suite bathroom, is spacious and functional. The air conditioner works perfectly. You can get a parking permit to park in the blue zone in the city center. Recommended.

Great place to stay in Ancona, located in the city centre, close to the tourist attractions. The host was very helpful and polite.

Beautiful house in the city center with spacious rooms and tastefully furnished. Valeria, the owner, is very kind and helpful and immediately puts the guest at ease. All absolutely positive.

Kindness and availability.

A beautiful apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a table, a breakfast/TV/drawing room. The 'matrimonial' bedroom (where we stayed) has a large bed and a pull-out sofa with a window overlooking the main pedestrian walkway/avenue from the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, this bedroom has a separate (but large) bathroom that is accessed by walking down the common hallway. There is another bedroom with a large bed, without a pull-out couch, that has its own en-suite bathroom (with key). The overall characteristics of the apartment are designed in a beautifully antique style. The location is excellent. Good WiFi. The unit has its own small espresso machine and breakfast includes packaged croissants, bread, jams, and small individual cartons of lactose-free UHT milk. There is a coffee shop 2 doors down from the apartment.

Valeria was very helpful in getting us settled and recommending restaurants and transportation. The property is a short bus ride from the train station.

Almost perfect, from the excellent location to the amenities of the house and the kindness of Mrs. Valeria. Some noises and smells coming from the inside and the not completely silent air conditioner can disturb the rest.

The structure is in the heart of Ancona, perfect for getting around anywhere. Perfect management of everything. Highly recommended, we had a great time.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo: la casa è accogliente, pulita e molto luminosa. Posizione centralissima e vicina alle fermate bus. La colazione ha risentito delle limitazioni Covid 19, forse qualcosa di salato pre-feconfezionato potrebbe essere implementato.

La signora Valeria è stata gentilissima. La casa è molto bella e pulitissima. La camera ampia e molto calda (ho soggiornato a Dicembre). Molto buona anche la colazione.

Ordinato, pulito, bagno in camera. Comodo soprattutto perché in centro.

Struttura in posizione strategica rispetto al centro storico ed alla partenza di numerosi autobus extraurbani. La camera con bagno è ampia ma prospetta su un cortile interno, attualmente interessato da lavori edili. L'arredamento è funzionale, mentre il materasso non è particolarmente comodo. La colazione è discreta e in ogni casi si nota lo sforzo della padrona di casa di venire incontro alle richieste dei propri ospiti.

I loved staying at the Casa Borghini B&B for 12 nights, it immediately felt like home to me. Valeria made the check-in very convenient and professional, and she is an excellent communicator. The flat is in a perfect location for visiting Ancona and the Marche region. Many buses depart from Piazza Cavour at 2 mins walking distance to get around town and to many other locations. The flat is very tastefully decorated and super clean and quiet (except for the sea gulls that seem to wake up around 5:00 am). The only thing I would like to see improved for my next visit hopefully with my husband and daughter, is the typical Italian breakfast. For anybody who cannot have sugar, we suggest to provide some seasonal fruit, maybe yoghurt or cereal. Thank you for an extremely pleasant stay and I highly recommend Casa Borghini B&B to anybody who is interested in exploring Ancona and the Marche.

I stayed at Casa Borghini for 6 days in June 2019 while I was in Ancona for work. It was an excellent B&B, with the rooms being very large, clean, and updated. The location was perfect as it is right near the Piazza Cavour (almost the center of town); many of the local bus stops are right there. It was easy to walk to all parts of the downtown area. The breakfast was a little small, but the owner allowed guests to use the refrigerator, so I could buy extra things at the grocery store (also very close by) and keep them stored there to supplement the breakfast. Also, there is no air conditioning, but fans are provided in each room which helped keep it cool. The owner was very good about communicating via email before I arrived. I didn't have any need to communicate with her during my stay. the cost is very reasonable for the quality of the rooms. I would highly recommend this B&B. If I return to Ancona, I will stay there again.

B&B molto curato, pulito e in ottima posizione, seppur in una via principale è tranquillo, c'è tutto quello che può servire per starci un solo giorno o più.

La casa, affascinante e raffinata, si trova in posizione strategica sul corso principale di Ancona. Grazie anche alle indicazioni forniteci dalla proprietaria, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevolissima. A presto.
