I did not stay in the hotel but my credit card was debited.
I wrote to booking. com to refund my money but this has not happened. It is really sad that I had to spend money even though I did not stay.
While booking, I choose the option NOT to pay in advance, but I was surprised to find that my credit card was debited soon after my booking (on the booking date itself).
