Mr. Agostino is a very friendly and helpful person. The rooms are always clean. I recommend it, we will come back.

We stayed at La Magnolia the last week of July! I must say very satisfied. Mr. Agostino was very helpful, helping us understand the winds and directing us to which area of the island was most favorable day by day. The room was perfect, essential, a bit old-fashioned perhaps (I admit), but very clean with a terrace that alone is worth the entire price. Availability of the minibar inside, availability of private parking (which trust me in July and August is not to be underestimated). The only flaw regarding the room where I stayed was that the bathroom is not directly in the room but in a door in front of the room on a corridor, but still for our exclusive use! The price compared to many other offers I had is really convenient, considering that Marina di Campo is one of the most beautiful villages on Elba and with the most comfortable beach especially if you have children. Recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable, suitable for two people. Daily cleaning was guaranteed. The host was kind and friendly, and accepted payments with the POS. La Magnolia is located a hundred meters from free beaches and beach clubs. Situated in the center of Marina di Campo, in the evening it was possible to go out and enjoy food and shopping in serenity. Parking was not a problem either, as it was included in the benefits of the property. Breakfast was not included, but it was not a problem for us.

Clean room, simple furniture. There is a fridge and air conditioning. Towels and hairdryer provided. The room is cleaned every morning. Good location for the sea and the town center. The only flaw is the parking: it is not on the property and it is not covered, something to consider if, for example, like us, you travel by motorcycle. Even in bad weather, we were not allowed to leave the motorcycle indoors and we were not helped to find a solution.

Great location, right near the center, you can walk everywhere even with children. Very nice apartment, with a well-kept outdoor courtyard and equipped with every comfort. Host available and always reachable! We will definitely come back.

For my first time in Marina di Campo I chose La Magnolia because from the description of the manager and the comments left by previous guests I perceived what I was looking for, namely an excellent quality/price ratio. Pros: room with all the comforts on the first floor of a beautiful house, bathroom with shower cabin with linen and hairdryer, air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe, desk with drawer equipped with lock, 28" TV, window with mosquito net and clothesline. Outdoor spaces available with a table, chairs and a large umbrella even though there are several shady plants, a small entrance inside the gate where you can park the car for loading/unloading operations. The highlight of the room was having a parking space in a fenced parking lot with entrance through an electric gate 2 minutes away. The house is really a 5-minute walk from both the lively center and the sea, both reachable via comfortable sidewalks covered with shady pine trees. Cons: what is called a shared kitchen is a basement just over two meters high (even with the smells of a basement) where, along with the washing machine and water jugs, some wall units with dishes, a table and chairs, and a microwave oven have been placed. Not a big deal considering the possibility of using the outdoor tables. Conclusions: I would return with my eyes closed.

I highly recommend La Magnolia.

Very nice. Clean and organized.

We stayed 4 nights in an attic room, with a kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking and a little terrace overlooking the sea. The owner was always helpful and discreet, the room was clean and comfortable. Great location, just a stone's throw from the center and the sea, with parking for the car. Great price given the period. We recommend it!

Very convenient because it is located near the sea but also close to the town. Very kind host. Large and clean rooms. Fantastic terrace.

We stayed at La Magnolia off-season (March) and therefore the stay was very peaceful. The property is very close to both the sea and the town center, the manager is very discreet and kind. I think I could come back.
