Alessia was so warm, friendly and answered all our questions about Turin. Loved that we got a map of the city and she highlighted all the touristy places. The location is perfect for the city center or jumping on a train to Cinque Terre or elsewhere. So many nice restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away like Rustichello and try Oriental Mercado Genoa. Our Nautica room was so spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed so, so comfortable. The power shower was great. Breakfast included juice, cereals, focaccia, croissants, cake, yogurts. Would return in a heartbeat.

The overall quality and consistency of comfort are very high. In particular, however, the professionalism and courtesy of those who manage the Ca dei Nobili should be taken into consideration.

Excellent location in the very central Via XX Settembre, a 5-minute walk from Brignole station. The room is new, spacious, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is abundant and with a wide selection. Lastly, the owner, Alessia, was truly very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect, a five-minute walk from Brignole train station and a ten-minute walk from the center of Genoa. Nearby there are public transport, buses and trolleybuses to quickly reach the historic center (in ten minutes). Ca' dei Nobili is located in a large classic building, in a very quiet street with an elevator. The rooms are in a large apartment. Everything is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Perhaps we could regret the too bright light in the rooms. The bedding is also comfortable. Breakfast is served in the small dining room. It is varied and well stocked. Alessia is dynamic, very welcoming and courteous, and will explain what to see in Genoa. A very pleasant stay.

Nice structure equipped with three apartments, located on the fourth floor of a building served by an elevator, comfortable and easy to reach. Nearby, it is possible to find parking easily, always considering that we are in Genoa. The room reserved for me, the Nautica, is very comfortable and spacious, clean and equipped with a nice bathroom complete with all the comforts. However, the difference is made by Mrs. Alessia, a true professional in hospitality, very friendly, smiling, and helpful. It was a real pleasure to meet her. I will make sure to return when possible.

Alessia, very kind and discreet, proved to be welcoming and capable of providing valuable directions both for lunch and dinner and for visiting the beautiful Genoa. The structure, well-kept and very clean, is located in a strategic point, making it easy to move around on foot to visit both the port and the heart of the city.

Alessia, the host, is very friendly and helpful. You can ask her for help or information at any time. The room is spacious and clean, situated in the center. \n\nThe breakfast was Italian but sufficient, consisting of fruit, croissants, yogurt, bread, and even ham and cheese.

The location is great, close to all the attractions. The host is extremely nice; she helped us with a lot of tips regarding where to eat, what to see, and how to get to all the important sites. It was a great experience!

We loved our stay! Alessia was very good at communicating and very kind and helpful. Very clean and we loved the small quiet boutique BnB. Wish our stay was longer! If we visit Genoa again, we would definitely go back and stay at Ca dei Nobili! Close to train/bus station and airport. The shopping and restaurants are very close and very good. Thank you again, Alessia!

Fantastic bed and breakfast! Alessia was extremely helpful. The structure is close to the center of Genoa and a few minutes from the station. The room is new and very clean. I absolutely recommend it!

Note: when looking for the property it is next to the post office - look for the call button by the door. Located on the 4th floor but there is an elevator provided. Easy walk from Genova Brignole train station. Nice central location and good value, self-service restaurant located behind the building, perfect for the single traveller.

We had an excellent stay with a wonderful host to make us feel very at home. She knows all the good places to visit and eat and is very helpful.

We had a great time. Very welcoming, elegant, and clean structure, well-kept, everything in order. The centrality of the place allowed us to move wonderfully. The host is an exquisite and very competent person. Immediately put us at ease by providing us with useful and advantageous information. I suggest everyone to experience Ca dei Nobili and also Alessia for her kindness and professionalism.

Excellent structure. Spacious and clean room. Public parking available for 6€ per day. The old port is within walking distance in a short time. The owner Alessia, helpful and kind also in recommending places to visit.

Convenient and very central location, very clean, spacious and well-equipped room. Double glazing (essential given the central area) and very useful mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom with modern shower equipped with hydromassage jets. The only small downside is the poor soundproofing between the rooms. I cannot evaluate the breakfast because we did not use it. The manager, Alessia, was really very welcoming. Invaluable and patient, she waited for us until 10pm for check-in: we felt pampered, thank you very much and hope to see you soon!

We stayed my daughter and I, and even though it was only for a few days, we felt great, just like at home. Alessia, the owner, provided us with all the information we needed and was always available. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was served directly by Alessia. We hope to be able to return for longer periods.

Alessia welcomed us personally and punctually at her property. She is "attentive" to her guests and provides (in Italian in our case) valuable tips on the attractions of her city and on good addresses of all kinds. Property to be recommended without reservation.

Design accommodation 10 minutes from the city center. Very pleasant and accommodating host. Only concern a bit noisy the rooms being close.

The room with attached living room is very beautiful and clean. The perfect bathroom, everything works and it feels like home. Alessia is very kind and ready to provide all the information for a good stay.

All simply perfect, the owner present (which is not trivial) and courteous, ready to meet every need, from advice on where to eat and what to visit for example. Her kindness and friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. The room is very large, clean and pleasant.

We stayed one night in April 2023 so that we could see a performance at the Opera. Arriving by train the B&B is just a very short walk away and then less than ten minutes walk up the Via 20 Settembre to the Teatro and all the main points of interest. Alessia is 100% attentive and the perfect host of a lovely property. Strongly recommended and we intend to stay here again.

I heartily thank Alessia who hosted us in her bed and breakfast, welcoming us with warmth and friendliness. She was attentive to our needs, gave us excellent advice for visiting the city and for places to eat. We also had nice conversations, so we could appreciate even more the courteous and welcoming nature of the Genoese people. The property is new, very spacious and very well furnished. Convenient to parking, train station, and metro, and is still close to the city center for those who want to take a walk. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is good, but should be self service.

Alessia and her husband are excellent hosts! They welcomed us with kindness and provided all the essential information to visit the city and taste its gastronomic specialties. They were also very accommodating in meeting our requests regarding arrival and departure times. The b&b is very well-kept in details and cleanliness.

The structure is located 10 minutes on foot from Brignole station. The room was large and clean as well as the bathroom, whose shower is an added value. Large and comfortable bed. Small suggestion... a microwave in the room. The breakfast is good.

Very nice place to stay. Location is near the train station. Downtown you reach in 20 minutes on foot. Mrs. Alessandria gives very friendly advice on everything you need to have a nice stay in Genoa. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, well situated, newly renovated, cozy. The host is friendly, kind, and helpful. Very clean. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast typical Italian/French.

Modern and clean structure. Managed with the utmost availability, care for guests, and kindness. Outside working hours, it is easy to find parking nearby. Traveling for work and if I happen to return to Genoa, this structure will certainly be contacted.

Great location, just a stone's throw from the historic center and the old port. Maybe it's better as a location compared to the first two, because it's in a very quiet street and easily accessible by car and public transport. The room was very clean, well-kept and equipped, the double bed very comfortable. Beautiful shower. Alessia, the owner, was very kind both before arrival and during the stay. She gave us lots of tips on where to eat and which areas of the city to visit. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back here.

B&B confortevole, tutto come nella descrizione. Accogliente, tanto da sentirsi a casa appena arrivati. Il gestore disponibile, cordiale e attento. Le camere perfette, la notte zona silenziosa, nonostante risulti una camera sulla strade. I bagni nuovi e super puliti. La colazione è super. Croissant appena sfornati, focaccia tipica genovese, latte, tè, biscotti, cereali. A 10 minuti dal centro. Vicino anche all'ospedale Gaslini per chi ne avesse bisogno. Insomma, lo straconsiglio e tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura.

Che dire, la struttura è nuovissima, dotata di tutte le comodità, è in posizione centrale e raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dalla stazione di Genova Brignole. La gestione è curata direttamente dai proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. È stata una esperienza molto positiva che ripeteremo.

Superb accommodation and great welcome from Alessia. Very knowledgable about her home city and what appeals to visitors. She gave us suggestions on where to visit including places we hadn’t considered and restaurants that were so good they were filled every night with locals.

Lovely bed & breakfast, very clean, good location for us, very kind and accommodating host. Sofa bed a little uncomfortable for more than one night if needed but for one was fine! Thank you.
