We stayed here as a couple for a weekend in Bologna. Mikaela was a great host, the room was wonderful with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was made fresh and there was plenty of choice. There is also an amazing terrace on the rooftop. I definitely recommend this place.

All an enchantment from the entrance avenue with flowers and plants, through steps you enter this beautiful B&B, where Michela welcomes you impeccably with her professionalism and kindness. Room and bathroom spotless, you find everything and more to satisfy every comfort. In the morning, breakfast on the magnificent terrace was truly extraordinary, sweet and savory. Absolutely my reference point in Bologna.

The structure is in a great location, and the owner (very kind and welcoming) explained to me how to reach it from the station with a very convenient bus. It wasn't clear to me from the booking that the bathroom, although private, was not in the room and this was a bit inconvenient for me. Being a historic building, there is a rather narrow and steep staircase to access the rooms, as well as to reach the beautiful terrace. If you don't have any issues with these details, the B&B is highly recommended.

I stayed at this property for work reasons and I was pleasantly surprised. Michela, the manager, is a true angel and will pamper you 360 degrees with care and attention. The room and the bathroom were impeccably clean, and in the bathroom you could find a complete courtesy set (with products, among other things very refined and special). The room was very large, with a very comfortable mattress, fridge, and two large windows. Unfortunately, the season did not allow me to enjoy the spectacular terrace overlooking the roofs of Bologna: I can't wait to relax there as soon as it gets warmer! The location is perfect for exploring the city: directly connected to the station, you can reach the property by public transport in 15 minutes and it is very close to the center, just a 10-minute walk and you are in Piazza Maggiore. I take this opportunity again to thank Michela for her availability and friendliness, you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. Honestly, I hope to be able to visit Bologna more often so that I can come back as soon as possible.

Impeccable cleanliness, worthy of praise. Complete courtesy set, capable of compensating for any forgetfulness. To access the property, there is a steep staircase that only the exquisite and unexpected courtesy of the manager allowed me to pass unscathed with the suitcase. This accessibility issue should perhaps be reported.

The house is very well located, it is a cozy house run by Michaela, with her joy and attention she makes you feel like you are at your sister's house. At Terrazza degli Angeli you will find an angel in flesh and bones, her name is Michela, and she is the most welcoming, attentive, helpful, kind, and genuine person I have ever stayed with. She went out of her way for me and made my stay perfect. This B&B is easily accessible by car and public transport from the station, but even a taxi ride will cost you only around ten euros. The structure is historic, cozy, and full of charm; the room assigned to me was as large as a studio apartment, tastefully decorated, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow me to enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bologna. Breakfast is rich and of quality and, if you wish, Michela will serve it to you in your room. When the door closed behind me, I realized how much this person and this place had given me: I found a friend and felt welcomed at home. I will definitely return with my whole family!

I had a wonderful stay at Terrazza degli Angeli. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, yet close to the center. The room was nice and perfectly clean. The terrace is a wonder, both for breakfast and for a glass of wine in the evening. Finally, I must say that Michela is one of the most welcoming people I have ever met in my life. Michela is an excellent host! She helped us find a restaurant, a taxi to the airport, and a wonderful breakfast. The room was very nice and clean, and the terrace was really nice, too! Michela is a great host, running a lovely B&B. We were at the B&B mid May 2023 and had a great time although the weather was not that great. Michela goes beyond your expectations to make you feel at home and a valued guest. Her homemade Sunday morning cake was delicious. Staying at her place is a no-brainer.

The place is worth it because it is far from the airport, but it's worth the trip (by taxi, the easiest and not more expensive if you are two). The house has all the charm of the picture, the hostess is an angel as the name of the street says. The upstairs room is spacious and pleasant and the evening on the terrace truly idyllic; also take a walk to Giardino Margherita right next door, and you will be fully satisfied.

The property is well maintained, well furnished and cared for in every detail. Fantastic the owner, courteous and welcoming. The breakfast is superb. Meticulous room cleaning.

Staying at Terrazza degli Angeli has been an extraordinary experience due to the kindness, boundless availability, competence, and high professionalism of those who manage it, the extraordinary Michela. The structure is very central, extremely clean, carefully detailed, equipped with every kind of comfort, and immersed in an atmosphere that breathes serenity and hospitality. Returning to Bologna and finding Terrazza degli Angeli again will be like coming home.

The owner was very kind from our arrival, friendly, polite, and above all helpful for our needs. She waited for us until midnight to check if we were okay, in addition she prepared food for us and showed us the bathroom for a quick refresh after the concert, perfect service. The room is well-kept and clean. I highly recommend it.

Very nice and welcoming B&B in the historic center of Bologna in a convenient area for any need but at the same time discreet and quiet. It stands out for excellent quality on all services, starting from very rigorous cleaning and sanitization (especially in these times), a cute structure that conveys a feeling of carefreeness and total relaxation, the rooms are pretty and well furnished and also a very complete courtesy and top bathroom kit. A good breakfast where there is something for everyone's taste and finally (last but not least) the unbeatable hospitality of the manager who is a very nice woman with whom it is always pleasant to have a chat and who knows how to guide very well for anything in Bologna (restaurants, transportation, shops etc.). Definitely a great experience, I will definitely return!

Great address and excellent service. Michela is available and full of small appreciable attentions to ensure that your stay goes as well as possible. For example, bottle of prosecco offered and shared on the beautiful typical terrace of Bologna, recommendations of good Italian restaurants and not tourist traps, very good and plentiful breakfast, spacious room well decorated and air-conditioned, numerous quality products in the private bathroom. I appreciated Bologna and this B&B so much that I canceled my visit to Florence, which I already knew, to extend my stay with Michela by 3 days. I recommend it with closed eyes.

One single adjective: Perfect! Even though I stayed for only one night, I felt at home! Michela's welcome is truly unique, I travel often and I have never received such a welcome. Her kindness, her availability, and her sweet and savory breakfast all contribute to making this place exclusive, which is already wonderful in itself. Located in a historic building in the center of Bologna, a stone's throw from Giardini Margherita, it boasts a lovely terrace. My room was equipped with a TV, a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a private bathroom with comb, hairdryer, toothbrush, towels, shower gel, shampoo, cotton swabs, shaving foam, and deodorant, all perfectly sealed in compliance with anti-COVID regulations. Very easy to find parking despite the central location. An experience I would recommend to everyone!

I stayed for just one night at the 'Terrazza degli Angeli' but the welcome was so warm that I felt at home! Knowing there was a child with me, upon our arrival, Mrs. Michela prepared a lovely snack that won our hearts. To my surprise, I found a beautiful environment, well-kept in every detail, clean and very organized. The friendliness and availability were top-notch, as well as the comfort. Mrs. Michela even made two breakfasts just for us and also organized dinner for us in the evening. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Non ci sono parole per descriverla. Il posto è molto bello e molto curato, la terrazza è un posto intimo e accogliente la mattina mentre si gusta la colazione ed alla sera diventa quasi magico. Michela è una padrona di casa eccellente e le sue "cortesie per gli ospiti" sono qualcosa di eccezionale che non ho mai ritrovato in altri luoghi. Tornerò sicuramente presto con tutta la mia famiglia a Bologna ed in particolare alla Terrazza degli Angeli.

La proprietaria è una ragazza molto dolce e super ospitale, cura ogni dettaglio e sta ben attenta a non far mancare niente ai suoi clienti, si impegna nell’accoglienza, nella permanenza e soprattutto da spesso preziosi consigli su cosa vedere a Bologna, come spostarsi e soprattutto cosa mangiare! Ogni volta che devo prenotare un soggiorno a Bologna non esito un attimo perché vado proprio sul sicuro!

Il Bed and Breakfast si trova in una zona molto tranquilla della città, collegata benissimo alla stazione e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. La proprietaria si è mostrata molto gentile, disponibile e premurosa fin dal momento del nostro arrivo. Ci ha fatto trovare un aperitivo di benvenuto all’arrivo e la mattina del primo dell’anno ci ha fatto trovare una colazione ottima e squisita. Sicuramente se tornerò a Bologna, ritorno in questa struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Accoglienza meravigliosa, camera molto grande, luminosissima con servizi e confort pari ad un hotel, bagno privato con accessori di lusso. Michela è stata un ottima host con tutti i clienti, disponibile e gentile tant'è che ci ha omaggiato di un'ottima bottiglia di vino. La colazione, servita in terrazza, abbondante e gustosissima. La terrazza così come tutta la struttura sono davvero molto belle. Tornerò sicuramente, grazie Michela ancora di tutto.

Ottima posizione, stanze pulite e comode, accoglienza impeccabile, per non parlare della professionalità e disponibilità. Consigliatissimo.

Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. Terrazza spettacolare. Colazione squisita. Ma la cosa più bella della struttura è Michela. Persona molto simpatica ed educata.

Accoglienza squisita, posto incantevole! Michela é una grande professionista nonché una persona deliziosa e affabile. Se volete passare una bella vacanza a Bologna Terrazza degli Angeli é il luogo perfetto!

Ottima posizione, camera spaziosa e molto pulita, con mini-frigo e maxi-TV, piena di depliants, riviste e libri da sfogliare. Unica pecca, la padrona di casa, sto scherzando! Michela è il punto forte della struttura: premurosissima nell'accoglienza e riservata al tempo stesso, attenta ad indovinare le esigenze degli ospiti e disponibile nell'offrire pensieri e attenzioni extra. Grazie, è stato un piacere e ora so dove andare quando voglio fermarmi a Bologna.

Coccolata e "viziata" fin dal primo momento. Pulitissimo, tranquillo, confortevole e comodissimo da raggiungere con i mezzi e per visitare a piedi il centro di Bologna. La sacerdotessa dell'ospitalità! Grazie Michela, ci hai trattato più da amici in visita che da ospiti, a cominciare dall'aperitivo di benvenuto in terrazza e dall'aiuto che è venuta personalmente a darci per il parcheggio dell'auto. Potrei continuare con le abbondanti colazioni, sempre servite in terrazza con ampia disponibilità sull'orario, ecc. ecc. Mi fermo qui, se no sembra che sia stato pagato per recensire al top, (anzi, al contrario di altri non ha neanche fatto cenno a recensire bene il suo B&B. Ciao Michela, ora sappiamo dove tornare a Bologna. Un pensiero per Te anche da Ale e Leo.

Non so quanti se ne possano trovare di angeli in " via degli angeli", beh, io uno di sicuro ne ho trovato uno qua. Splendido posto dove la bellezza regna ovunque, soprattutto nella padrona di casa dotata di una immensa umanità che mette a disposizione di chi a Bologna ci viene non solo per piacere.

Mikela is an incredible host and a person. I will tell only this story. I was late for my flight and Mikela was trying to call me a taxi from 2 different phones and since we couldn't reach to any of the taxis (due Easter holidays) she drove me to the airport by herself. I was able to fly home on time just thanks to her. The B&B is very clean and cosy and she made us feel very welcome and safe (also was cooking for us). Huge recommendations for anyone who wants to stay in Bologna, this is the place.

Je me suis rendu à Bologne pour un week end de trois jours et par tout hasard je me suis rendue chez la terrazza degli angeli ou on m'a accueilli avec un grand savoir faire. Tout d'abord j'ai pu faire un check in à 11h30 (ce qui est très rare). La chambre est décoré avec goût, une bougie est allumé pour vous donner la bienvenue, la chambre sent très bon et tout est propre. Michela (l'hôte) m'a amené dans la chambre un welcoming food (sandwich tourte salé fraise chantilly chocolat) ce qui a été très apprécié après le long voyage:) par la suite nous avons pris un bon café sur la terrasse où elle m'a gentiment expliqué les endroits à ne pas rater dans la ville ex: le sette chiese et la tour degli asinelli ect. La salle de bain est équipé de tout! les produits sont de très bonne qualité et j'ai pu profiter pour prendre un bon bain et me relaxer vu que la salle de bain est équipée de baignoire! Les jours sont passés très vite et chaque jour quand je rentrais dans la chambre des petites attentions étaient là: petits gâteaux, bouteille d'eau.. De plus si un soir vous savez pas où manger demandez lui conseils, je n'ai pas regretté d'avoir mangé dans les restaurant qùelle m'a conseillé. Le dernier soir elle a gentiment proposé de me préparer un dîner, je n'ai pas regretté d'avoir accepté! Pâtes avec sauce bolognese (Il ragù) au four, beignets et profiteroles avec fraise et chantilly: exquis! En résumé si vous passez par Bologne pour un week end ou plus, foncez et réservez dans cet B&B vous ne serez pas déçu, je travaille aussi dans l'hôtellerie restauration depuis toujours je sais donc de quoi je parle! Encore un grand merci pour tout ce que t'as fait Michela, tout à été apprécié.

Di solito non faccio recensioni ma questa volta non potevo non farla, ho soggiornato alla Terrazza degli Angeli solo per una notte ed e stato come essere a casa, sono rimasta piacevolmente sbalordita dall'accoglienza e la professionalità di Michela che mi ha accolto con molto di più di quello che mi avrebbe dovuto accogliere, la struttura e molto carina, pulizia estrema, posizione centralissima e molto comoda per chi viaggia da sola come me, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi anche dalla stazione centrale di Bologna. Per non parlare dell accogliente terrazza che affaccia sui giardini Margherita dove Michela serve un ottima colazione e il coktail di benvenuto. Zona tranquillissima. Michela è molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazione richiesta. Ritornerò di sicuro qui appena mi capiterà di ritornare in Bologna.

Sono stato ospite da Michela, responsabile di questa struttura, ricevendo un'eccellente accoglienza, con un inaspettato cocktail di benvenuto, gradevolissimo. La camera è molto ampia, pulitissima, con arredamento ricercato. C'è un quadro bellissimo e molto grande, che da solo ti ripaga già della scelta. Bagno esclusivo e attrezzato di ogni comfort. Fiore all'occhiello del BB, la magnifica terrazza, dove passare piacevoli momenti di relax, godendo del panorama. Colazione al top. Nota di merito per Michela, semplicemente fantastica!

Molto più che un B&B. Davvero consigliatissimo. La vera essenza dell'ospitalità. Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Terrazza degli Angeli per due notti, eravamo due famiglie con tre bambini a seguito (due dei quali non hanno nemmeno un anno). Ci siamo sentiti come a casa se non meglio. La struttura è in una casa molto carina con un vialetto privato (comodissimo per i passeggini) e abbiamo utilizzato sia una camera che un appartamento: entrambi molto confortevoli e puliti. Si trova in una zona molto comoda sia per il parcheggio della macchina che per raggiungere il centro muovendosi a piedi. Una super valutazione a Michela che ci ha coccolato con un ottimo e gustoso benvenuto e tantissima disponibilità! Lo consigliamo senza ombra di dubbio.

Michela, padrona di casa meravigliosa. Posto delizioso, vicinissimo al centro e raggiungibile dunque a piedi. Consigliatissimo dunque, sia per il confort, la pulizia, ma sopratutto per le coccole e le attenzioni riservate agli ospiti.

Che dire, un vero angolo di paradiso! Tutto perfetto: posizione, camera, accoglienza, pulizia, colazione. Michela è una vera padrona di casa. Gentile e super disponibile! Un angelo insomma. Non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, anzi ci ha trattato in maniera impeccabile offrendoci anche di più di quello che doveva! Se ce ne sarà l'occasione torneremo sicuramente!

Terrazza degli angeli non è solo un B&B, va oltre il meglio che si possa attendere e desiderare. Un gioiello di struttura, viale con luci e fiori ovunque. La camera si presenta profumatissima, calda, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Ho scelto Musica degli angeli e la presenza del pianoforte è un tocco davvero unico. Bagno ineccepibile, curato in ogni dettaglio con un set da 10+. La giornata di pioggia è stata subito dimenticata, perché coccolata da un cocktail straordinario. Sono stata consigliata dove andare a cena e per ogni esigenza, Michela è sempre stata a disposizione. La colazione servita in camera è il top! Complimenti, a presto Michela.

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro di Bologna. Il B&B è molto curato, ogni oggetto è di gusto e in armonia con l'ambiente. Camera spaziosa, calda, bagno pulitissimo con set di cortesia di qualità. Michela, la proprietaria trasmette il suo amore per questo lavoro in ogni suo gesto, dal cocktail di benvenuto, preparato da lei, ai fiori freschi, agli ingredienti di qualità usati per preparare la colazione. Sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. Questo B&B è l'ideale per soggiornare in tranquillità e sentirsi coccolati. Mi sono sentita davvero a casa. Un posto in cui tornerò volentieri.

Tutti i dieci di questo mondo non basterebbero a descrivere la professionalità, la cura, la gentilezza, la disponibilità, la passione per il suo lavoro, il cuore, la cortesia (e chi più ne ha più ne metta) di Michela. Semplicemente meravigliosa, un vero angelo. Per il resto la struttura corrisponde alle foto e alle descrizioni fatte da Michela. Consigliato.

Accoglienza meravigliosa, lungo un vialetto pieni fiori e luci, ti accoglie Michela, host straordinaria con una gentilezza che non ha eguali. Il B&B è incantevole, la camera molto ampia, con essenze profumate, completa di ogni comforts. Bagno privato pulitissimo così come ogni angolo della camera. La colazione servita in camera è superiore forse anche a molti hotel! Michela è disponibile e professionale e parlando con lei, emerge tutto il suo sapere in diversi settori. Il vino offerto era buonissimo, così come il ristorante dove ha consigliato di andare. Aspettatevi una sorpresa, anche per i saluti finali! Assolutamente consigliato.

Super consigliato! Ambiente molto curato e ricco di particolari. Michela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile. Dopo averci mostrato la camera, profumatissima, accogliente e adornata di candele (atmosfera coinvolgente) ci ha servito un eccellente cocktail di benvenuto che abbiamo gustato sulla splendida terrazza. Michela, persona premurosa, sorridente e dolcissima ci ha coccolato in questa struttura confortevole. Ci torneremo al più presto!

La camera è grande, pulitissima, profumata, per me che sono un professionista, trovare un tavolo dove poter lavorare è di certo un valore aggiunto. Sorpresa, un cocktail di benvenuto con food, degno di un hotel. La colazione abbondante, fresca, energetica. Seppur con garbo e professionalità, Mikela è stata sempre disponibile. In June 2017 I stayed for almost a week at Terrazza degli Angeli, a beautiful and spacious B&B, conveniently located at the edge of town next to the park. I could reach all my destinations in the town center walking. The room comes with access to a splendid roof patio. As if that is not sufficient, the excellent accommodation comes with a most wonderful host, Mikela, who makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and makes your wellbeing in Bologna her concern. I am much looking forward to returning to TdA on my next visit.

In the beginning of May, I spent three weeks in the beautiful B&B in the old center of Bologna. On arrival I was welcomed by Mikela. In the room were fresh flowers and a glass of wine was immediately poured. Mika spoke full of passion about Bologna, her city. What sights are there and which one should definitely visit. The room is very spacious, big tv, good bed, air conditioning in the room, a spacious luxury bathroom with bathtub. Very clean and here too with flowers. The B&B is located on the edge of the old town, everything is very well accessible on foot. A bus stop at 50 meters and a city park at 100 meters. The breakfast is very extensive and prepared with love. Can be outside on the large terrace or in the room. The terrace is very nice with sun loungers, umbrellas and rocking chair. Mikela keeps an eye on everything and makes sure nothing is missing. She speaks perfect English and French. For me the best B&B ever since and I will definitely come back again next year. Siamo arrivati in orario serale, atmosfera piacevole e accoglienza calorosa. Siamo stati condotti nella camera che ci avevano assegnato. Che dire: solo fantastica non basterebbe. Grande, candele accese, profumo delicato, pulitissima, molto confortevole. Bagno, ovviamente privato, con un set degno di un Hotel, ma la sorpresa meravigliosa è stata quando Mikela ci ha mostrato la terrazza, dove siamo stati invitati per degustare il nostro benvenuto e, nonostante l'ora tarda, abbiamo avuto il piacere di poter stare in terrazza, sdraiati sui lettini, bere dell'ottimo vino e mangiare: con ancora luci soffuse su ogni tavolo di questo meraviglioso B&B. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, aria condizionata in camera. La colazione ci è stata servita ancora in terrazza, ricca, fresca e gustosa. Assolutamente consigliato. Complimenti! Terrazza degli angeli. Ho prenotato in questa struttura essendo a Bologna per un breve viaggio di lavoro. Arrivato alla sera accolto dal personale gentile e professionale con piccolo cocktail di benvenuto direttamente in camera. La camera ampia e climatizzata con tv a parete e wi fi funzionante non come in altre mie esperienze. Dopo una meritata doccia approfitto della disponibilità della direttrice per farmi consigliare un locale dove cenare e data la posizione praticamente centrale mi godo la passeggiata sotto i portici. Tornato in camera decido di concludere la serata godendomi un bicchiere di vino al fresco della terrazza. Cosa dire sara la mia base ogni volta che mi dovrò recare a Bologna. Vivamente consigliato.
