For those who want some tranquility, La Casa di Paglia is the ideal place. It almost feels like time stands still. Then the hosts, Francesca and Daniele, are exceptional: discreet but always there to meet any need. The structure enjoys a spectacular view, and having breakfast in the garden was a dream. Absolutely worth repeating.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Paglia. The location of the biologically perfect straw and mud house in the blooming gardens around is fantastic. Very relaxing and quiet. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very individual, with high-quality organic products from the region. Every morning there was something special. Homemade cakes, pancakes, eggs of all kinds fresh from the chickens on the farm. One evening Daniele also cooked a dinner, very tasty and something very special! We were very satisfied with the small individual accommodation. The upper room is spacious and bright despite the sloping roof. You have a wonderful view all around into the fantastic mountain world.

Small structure recently built with three comfortable and clean rooms. Relaxation and silence guaranteed. Magnificent breakfast with local products. Beautiful view. Owners available, kind, never intrusive: rely on their advice to explore the surroundings. Some room for improvement for the outdoor spaces, which can be tidied up and made even more enjoyable. Huge potential.

Address to absolutely remember. Exceptional accommodation, breathtaking view, and the tranquility of the place turn your stay into a magical moment. The owners are very welcoming, attentive to the smallest details, and take pleasure in introducing very local products. Moreover, they cook incredibly well. Thanks to them.

Within a few months I returned (this time also with my partner) to the “enchanted” Casa di Paglia where Francesca, Daniele, their sweet son, a beautiful big dog, and funny hens welcomed us warmly. The upstairs room enjoys a breathtaking view with large windows that frame a nature that takes your breath away. The construction of this wooden and straw residence is astonishing! Even the walls of the shower leave you breathless considering the ancient technique of cocciopesto used. The breakfasts are top-notch both for the locally sourced products and for the care with which they are prepared (yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, honey, jams, rye bread, hazelnut cakes, eggs from the chicken coop downstairs, etc., all at very high levels). Even the informal chats with the hosts and the advice on naturalistic routes were truly valuable. We highly recommend Casa di Paglia. Leonardo and Stefano Narciso d’Autore.

A little gem that Daniele and his wife take care of like a child. They make you feel at home fulfilling your every request. Ask them to describe their work and their eyes will light up. For those seeking absolute peace and the best service. An unimaginable breakfast. Well done and thank you. Keep it up.

We were greeted with courtesy and sympathy, as if we were part of their family while respecting our privacy. Always available to meet our needs. Clean and well-organized environments tastefully furnished. Breakfasts are served in a common but intimate setting. New structure, furnished in a rustic style but with classy details, enjoys an excellent panorama. Appreciable the philosophy of zero km or self-production in breakfast products. Un super coup de coeur! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison charmante. Francesca et Daniele nous ont très bien accueillies et conseillées sur des visites dans la région. Ils proposent des produits locaux délicieux, que vous pourrez déguster lors des petits-déjeuners copieux. Si vous êtes chanceux, Francesca vous partagera peut-être même la recette de ses fabuleux gâteaux. La maison de paille est entourée d'espaces verts très bien entretenus. Il y a un côté très dépaysant. En résumé: un accueil fantastique dans un lieu avec beaucoup de cachet. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et nous nous réjouissons d'y revenir bientôt!

Posizione magnifica, Francesca e Daniele sono delle persone gentilissime e disponibili, le camere sono ampie, arredate con buon gusto.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo splendido B&B. Avevamo la suite mansardata, spettacolare, con vista sulle montagne. La casa é immersa nel verde e i proprietari sono disponibili e gentilissimi. La colazione buonissima e con un sacco di "coccole". Torneremo sicuramente.

I enjoyed an exceptionally pleasant stay in this unique B&B. The setting is both beautiful and very quiet, being well away from the road. The building has been beautifully designed and decorated, with a natural theme throughout. Even the washbasin is a carved out rock! But the best bit is waking in the morning to the stunning view direct from the bed across to Mont Emilius on the other side of the Aosta valley. The hosts were warmly welcoming and made me feel very much at home. The authentic pizza cooked in the clay oven in the garden is highly recommended. The breakfast was also excellent, with all locally sourced ingredients including a delicious selection of cheeses and ham and bread freshly made by the owner. For mountain lovers, there is a room with a fine collection of books of mountain photography of the Alps.
