Wonderful villa at the foot of a hill where you can enjoy splendid views and sunsets. All clean and in order, Host wonderful, helpful and friendly, pampered us throughout the overnight stay. Difficult to find others as professional and delightful as Lucia was towards us. Highly recommended.

A true Bed and Breakfast is one where you have breakfast in the cool veranda, chatting with Lucia and the other guests, enjoying the delicacies prepared by Lucia herself, and exchanging suggestions and tips on the day trips. Leftovers are promptly packed by Lucia for a packed lunch on the beach, turning the experience into almost a half board. \n\nThe location is excellent: close to Sirolo, but at the same time immersed in the tranquility and coolness of the surrounding countryside. Lucia provides very precise and useful directions for the beaches and restaurants in the area. \n\nThe dog Balto is fantastic, if you stop petting him, he raises your hand with his muzzle to invite you to continue! My 9-year-old daughter cried for an hour in the car after leaving, during the return journey. It was an unforgettable week.

Located on the outskirts of Sirolo, this lovely bed and breakfast offers a welcoming and clean experience, immersed in the beauty of the Marche countryside. The prevailing silence is only interrupted by the chirping of birds and the singing of cicadas. The welcoming committee is superb: Lucia and her children, Simone and Romana, are unforgettable hosts. There is no shortage of animals, including the sweet wolf dog Balto, the strong and proud horse The Levante, the kittens, and the cunning squirrel. Even before your arrival, you will be given a thousand attentions, providing you with information on how to move around the area. The breakfast, prepared by Lucia, is excellent and made with products from their land. Furthermore, the four-hour excursion proposed by Simone and Romana is absolutely wonderful. However, the real added value of this bed and breakfast is the profound humanity of this wonderful family. They are able to make you feel at home, as if you were one of them. My husband and I left a piece of our heart here, but we took away a bit of theirs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and see you soon.

Wonderful place, immersed in greenery but, at the same time, strategically located to reach any desired destination on the Conero Riviera or inland. The structure is impeccably managed by Mrs. Lucia, a splendid person, always ready to give useful advice and tips on how to move around as well as available for pleasant conversations. Her children also offer in a friendly manner the possibility to take excursions with their boat for those who want to reach beaches only accessible by sea. The solution is very inviting, quiet, and relaxing. It is managed fantastically by Mrs. Lucia. She entertained us to illustrate the beaches to visit, as well as the places and locations to dine. The breakfasts are stunning and plentiful, accompanied by chats with Mrs. Lucia. We cannot fail to mention her children, Romana and Simone, who are very friendly and nice. We also had a splendid boat trip with them. Also, there is the affectionate Baldo. The B&B comes highly recommended, and we hope to return soon.

We had a great time. Lucia is very welcoming and we will miss the morning chats at breakfast, which was very good and plentiful.

Lucia manages the property impeccably, assisted by her valuable children Romana and Simone for their mother. The property is wonderful, the place is perfect: quiet, silent, surrounded by nature and enjoys fantastic starry skies (and even thousands of fireflies, I hadn't seen them for years). Balto and Levante are splendid and sweet creatures. Lucia is truly a special person, endowed with a rare sensitivity and unique empathy. Everyone stays in the heart and I will definitely come back to visit them.

We spent our holidays in this Bed & Breakfast. A really beautiful place immersed in nature in the Conero Park, near Sirolo and the beaches. The family-run managers, Simone, his mother Lucia, and his father Paolo, were extremely hospitable and attentive. Simone is an extremely simple, caring, and passionate person about his job, available for every request, ready to recommend places to visit, beaches, and restaurants. Excellent breakfasts with cakes prepared by Lucia, clean room, and comfortable beds. Obviously, we all recommend it, thanks again to this lovely family.

We were guests at the B&B The Levante from June 13th to 19th of this year. The accommodation proved to be very welcoming, in a 'green' and quiet place, and everything worked perfectly. Lucia and Simone, truly affable, cordial, and attentive, gave us useful advice and excellent tips which we followed and always remained satisfied. The breakfasts, prepared by Simone with homemade products from mom Lucia, were delicious and more than plentiful. If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will not hesitate to visit them again.

We needed "escape" after two very, very tough years and so my husband and I left and found a corner of peace and serenity both for the place (wonderful nature) and for the people who run the B&B. Welcoming and courtesy accompanied by a family atmosphere but absolutely not intrusive. Availability of Simone, Romana and their parents Lucia and Paolo is maximum. They suggested beautiful and pleasant itineraries; in short, absolutely recommended even with small children. Thanks to everyone again for the very pleasant albeit short "parenthesis" of peace.

We really enjoyed our short stay at The Levante. Lucia was really helpful and had amazing tips to make the most of our holiday, not least her homemade bread and breakfast was really good.

The staff at The Levante B&B is super friendly, kind, approachable, and always ready to advise you on restaurants and beaches. The structure is essential, but clean and located in the peace of the countryside. I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back!

We take home a wonderful experience, we were welcomed like family. Lucia attentive and caring, Simone and Paolo ready for every need. Cool and quiet rooms, even though there is no air conditioning and the weather was very hot, we slept like kings. Abundant homemade breakfast. A special greeting to The Levante. Convenient location to reach all the beaches and all the towns of major tourist interest.

If it were possible to give 6 stars, we would give 6000. From the first phone contacts, you realize what kind of people you will meet. We were welcomed and treated (2 adults + 2 children) for 8 days, not as guests, but as friends or, even better, as family. Lucia, Paolo, and Simone are very ready to give advice on beaches, restaurants, parking, excursions without ever holding back, making you appreciate the best and the most of what Conero can offer! The room is essential, perfectly clean with a punctual change of linen, breakfast served by Simone with different cakes prepared by Lucia every day, croissants, juices, bread, and jams, stuffed sandwiches that if not consumed, Simone wraps them for you to take to the beach (thank you Simone for the little coffees). Waiting for you upon returning from a day spent at the sea or around are the sweet Balto and the mysterious Levante, and various kittens, but above all the long chats with Lucia immediately ready to refresh you with fresh fruit or to prepare a nice coffee. What more can we say? For all lovers of simple things, nature, contact with animals, this is the right place, just a few minutes from the center, the beaches, and the many things to see, you cannot be enchanted by their way of being, by how Lucia, Paolo, and Simone make their home, their love for animals, for the care of nature their life. Unfortunately, one cannot give more than 10 points, the structure is immersed in greenery, with the presence of beautiful animals, very well-kept and clean, extremely friendly and always very helpful managers, excellent and abundant breakfast with homemade pastries and sandwiches daily. I spent 6 days in Conero with my girlfriend and I can only give top marks to Lucia, Paolo, and Simone. The place is really nice, immersed in the countryside, yet only a few minutes drive from Sirolo. Rooms are well-kept and furnished, recently renovated and clean. Breakfast is truly superb, and the hosts also give the option to take away leftovers for the day. Animal lovers, like me, spending time with them was a really nice experience, not to mention the excellent advice on places worth visiting and the nicest restaurants in the area. Affordable prices. Definitely, if I were to come back to this area, I would contact them again.

We spent 5 beautiful days in this bed & breakfast immersed in nature just 5 minutes from Sirolo. Everything was truly fantastic: comfortable and very clean rooms, excellent sweet/savory breakfast with homemade products, managers always super helpful and ready to fulfill any request... What can I say, a heartfelt thank you to Simone, Lucia and Paolo for their hospitality and professionalism.

Three very pleasant days in the countryside near Sirolo. The Levante structure is new and well-kept in detail, excellent breakfast with cakes prepared by Lucia. Simone attentive and available to meet every need. Everyone very kind and affectionate, including the dog Balti and the horse Levante! We will be back soon. Stefano and Ilaria.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this B&B for a week and we had a great time. The staff is very friendly and the property is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. It has a great location as you can easily reach all the nearby places by car. The rating is without a doubt 10/10, if we have the chance, we will definitely come back!

I had a great time, the farmhouse is located in the middle of the Marche hills, the place is really beautiful immersed in total tranquility. The owners were very kind, I recommend it to everyone!

Located a few minutes from the center of Sirolo, the property is immersed in a green oasis with ample parking. The room is clean, with beautiful decor, meticulously cared for. The bed is very comfortable! The owners were really kind and welcoming. The breakfast in the garden is very good, homemade by the lady.

Wonderful experience in the tranquility of the countryside but a stone's throw away (10 minutes by car) from Sirolo and Numana, from Monte Conero, from the beautiful beaches of the coast and from the towns in the hills (Recanati, Osimo, Loreto). Maximum availability and courtesy from the managers, especially from Simone and his mother Lucia, together with the warmth of Balto and Levante, the family dog and horse respectively. Beautiful structure, perfect for a journey back in time in a refined and respectful country chic setting. Immersed in the park just a step away from a golf course, a facility equipped with comfort in the wellness of the countryside. Staff friendly and very kind, helpful and passionate about their work. We discovered the structure in 2018 and since then we have already returned 3 times! My 10-year-old son doesn't want to go anywhere else and this is thanks to the peaceful place, the fantastic managers, the wolf Balto who always welcomes us happily and the "exaggerated" and absolutely genuine breakfast! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Delightful welcome from the owners, especially Simone, who with passion and love for his land always provided us with the best advice to discover the beautiful Conero area and good food. Staying in this property is a pleasant full immersion in nature, complete with a dog (Balto), a horse (Levante), and a protected frog. However, all the interesting locations, both by the sea and historic villages, are easily and quickly accessible. The rooms are simple and furnished with great originality, the bathrooms are new and very functional. Excellent and abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory. Simone also prepares beach packages with what is not consumed. I highly recommend this experience.

We were very satisfied with how we were welcomed and the extra breakfast they offered us. We stayed in the 'wild' room: small, very clean and tidy, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The breakfasts are genuine and abundant, with cakes, jams and homemade sandwiches by Lucia (what remains of breakfast can be taken to the beach). Simone gave us all the advice for parking, beaches to visit and booked us an excellent fish dinner at the 'da Giustina' restaurant. His animals are very special: Balto, the super playful wolf dog and the two Arabian horses, one of which is named after the B&B: Levante. Highly recommended structure.

La struttura, all'interno del Parco del Conero, è stata gradevolmente ristrutturata. È piacevole dopo una giornata di mare trovarsi nella quiete della campagna. Il valore aggiunto è dato dall'ospitalità offerta da Lucia (che si fa letteralmente in quattro per far sentire a suo agio gli ospiti, incluso il prenderli per la gola con ottime torte casalinghe servite per colazione) e dai suoi familiari. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un posto tranquillo e confortevole immerso nella natura e gestito da una famiglia cortese e solare. Tutto è stato perfetto, dall'accoglienza, alla pulizia, all'ottima colazione con torte e paninetti preparati in casa e frutta del loro orto.

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B The Levante per 3 gg nel mese di agosto. B&B molto carino, immerso nella natura e ideale per un po’ di relax. Camere recentemente ristrutturate, ben organizzate e pulite. Il B&B si trova a pochi km dal centro di Sirolo in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della riviera del Conero. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la cordialità della proprietaria Romana e i suoi consigli particolarmente utili per visitare la zona. Buonissima anche la colazione in giardino con dolci preparati da loro.

Siamo stati benissimo, la bella colazione in giardino super.

La nostra recensione non è a caldo, perché siamo tornati da quella splendida vacanza ormai già da un mese. Tutti noi conserviamo, però, il dolce ricordo di quei giorni ancora nel cuore. Il posto è favoloso, perché si trova a pochi minuti in auto dalle località balneari di Sirolo e Numana, ma in posizione molto tranquilla e rilassante, immerso nella campagna e lontano dal rumore. Le stanze sono nuovissime, arredate con grande gusto e molto accoglienti. La colazione, a buffet, è abbondante e con prelibati manicaretti fatti in casa dalla signora Lucia e da Romana. L'ospitalità di tutta la famiglia del B&B è stata eccezionale, ci hanno dato preziosi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti in cui mangiare. Mio figlio si è divertito molto a contatto con la natura e con gli animali. Ha imparato da quei giorni a mangiare le zucchine, perché ha visto come si raccolgono, grazie alla pazienza di Simone, e ha giocato molto con Balto, un amico a quattro zampe. Che altro aggiungere? Ci siamo sentiti a casa e speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. Un caro da tutta la famiglia.

Alla fine sono riuscito a mettere la recensione nel posto giusto. Che dire, soggiorno fantastico. Non si poteva chiedere di meglio è come essere a casa . Siamo stati in questo B&b, immerso nella campagna, in ottima posizione, un oasi silenziosa a pochi km dal centro di Sirolo, comodo per raggiungere le spiagge di Sirolo Numana e tutta la riviera del conero. La struttura è nuova, arredata in stile rustico, le stanze sono accoglienti, fresche e pulite, letto comodissimo. Il tutto è gestito e organizzato ottimamente da Lucia e la sua famiglia, tutti cordiali simpatici e premurosi per ogni necessità, consigliano posti in cui mangiare, luoghi e spiagge da visitare. Ti fanno sentire a casa in ogni momento. Ottima anche la colazione a buffet, con ampia scelta a base di torte e panini fatti in casa preparati ogni giorno da Romana e Lucia. È evidente la passione in tutti i componenti della famiglia, ci siamo trovati splendidamente e sicuramente torneremo! Un saluto a tutta la famiglia e a Balto, amico coccoloso a 4 zampe.

Soggiorno fantastico. La struttura è nuovissima, di gusto, pulita e ben organizzata. Siamo stati accolti dalla fantastica Romana che, oltre ad essere impeccabile per quanto riguarda il B&B, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare, su come organizzarci al meglio e su dove andare a mangiare, regalandoci la possibilità di realizzare una vacanza perfetta. La cordialità e la simpatia di Lucia e di Simone ti fanno proprio sentire a casa, senza contare che sono premurosi per qualsiasi esigenza. Gli assaggi dell'orto nel pomeriggio, al rientro dal mare, sono stati davvero una "coccola" per la nostra vacanza. La colazione ogni giorno è una sorpresa, ricca di torte diverse e fornita di tutto per accontentare anche diversi palati. La struttura è piacevole in ogni suo angolo: le stanze, il cortile, il panorama, la vista completa di tutta la campagna. È un posto perfetto per concedersi una pausa immersi nella natura. A pochi chilometri dal centro di Sirolo e dalle sue spiagge, da Numana, da Offagna, il B&B è in una posizione ideale per visitare al meglio tutta la Riviera del Conero. Ci ritorneremo. Struttura nuovissima gestita in modo esemplare dalla simpaticissima Lucia e tutta la sua famiglia. Pozione eccellente (se cerchi il caos del centro di Sirolo non venire, ma perdi tanto), camera pulitissima e una colazione fatta di torte e panini fatti "dalla famiglia" di ottima qualità molto apprezzata. Poi la "carica" di Lucia con tutte le sue indicazioni che ti fa avere e l'amore per il lavoro ti fanno sempre sentire a tuo agio. Per noi assolutamente da consigliare, alla grande. P.S. Lucia non mollare e fatti portare con "la vespa".

Carinissimo Bed and Breakfast a conduzione famigliare, fresco di costruzione in un angolo di pace, in campagna. A darci il benvenuto la proprietaria super calorosa e accogliente e la famiglia, cani e cavalli coccoloni. La stanza era molto accogliente e curata in stile rustico, letto comodissimo e ambiente fresco. La colazione a buffet abbondante di scelte davvero buone! Ma la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stato l'essere accolti con tanto affetto e premura! Per chi cerca una piacevole fuga dalla città è il posto perfetto!

Posto delizioso, immerso nella natura, silenzioso, una pace mai vista. Personale stra disponibile e carinissimo, consigliano posti in cui mangiare e tutte informazioni sui posti da visitare. Per arrivarci si attraversano campi di girasole stupendi. A 10 minuti in macchina da tutte le più belle spiagge. Colazione buonissima, fatta in casa, e camere pulitissime. È la mia oasi di pace. Tornerò sicuramente.

Posto bellissimo, immerso nella natura tra i campi di girasole, personale gentilissimo, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. Camere molto moderne e ben tenute. In 10 minuti di macchina si raggiungono le principali spiagge. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente!
